What Students Say

Likes

As the infrastructure of shaheed bhagat singh college is decent in terms of ground buildings and all.
The placements are decent in delhi University.
You will be able to make some good friends which will make your experience much better.

Dislikes

The infrastructure is not up to the mark.

Course Curriculum Overview

As talking about the curriculum, it offers you the basic knowledge of every field in the industry. So after that you can choose in which field you want to make your career in. As this opens a new perspective for the new fields that you even have never heard of. So according to me the relevance and comprehensiveness if this course is at par as it doesnt offer you any proffesionalism but provides you basics of evrything.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 12000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As talking about the fee structure for the:- 1st year-7000 2nd year-9000 3rd year 12500 And if your pocket doent allow you for this type of fees then scholarships has been also provided by the university for these students. And not financial assistance but the material type of assistance is also provided by the colleges in terms of laptops and all

Campus Life

As talking about the campus life, it offers a good environment with decent infrastructure. And the type of climate and culture is also good. It also offers several types of clubs and societies in which a student can take part in to evolve their interpersonal skills.

Admission

As talking about the eligibility of the course, the mathematics subject is compulsory for a person who wants to opt this course. And the competition is very high as cuttoffs are touching the ceilings. The exams have been offered in every 6 months and it is a 3 years degree and now the option has also been availed to convert it into a 4 year one which provides you a specialisation in a field too.

The crowd at venky is great, diverse crowd.
The campus is well maintained and is one of the bests at DU.
Opportunities provided to students are great

Dislikes

The attendance policy is a little strict for 1st and 2nd year

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course provides a comprehensive image of finance and management, though after NEP, the curriculum seems a little irrelevent. The exams are conducted twice in a year, 2 sems per year, they conduct mid sem exams as well.

Overall college is good if you have good peer group.
Near to north campus so doesn't really feel much of headache if you want to visit regularly.

Dislikes

Shadara is not a good place to spend your college life.
Evening college crowd has made the reputation of the college bad.
Near by area is not safe for Girls in late hours.

Placement Experience:

6th sem is the first time college placement are proceeded . Companies are not impressive and mostly are entry level jobs such as cold calling and such which they offer. Highest package was 4 lpa and avg was 2.5 only. Around 60 percent students gets placed.
