AKGEC, The better one in ghaziabad

I really liked this course, it contains both electrical and electronics subjects along it. This can further help you to appear in various competitive exams such as GATE, SSC-GD etc, well a few teachers need to focus more on students as well as the curriculum, and the exams make a better impact on the understanding of students. Regular Class tests help us understand and memorize topics really easy .

There are several companies which provides interships with stipend such as seimens, Mitsubishi, Mahindra and many more, the college even contains a section called TIFAC which only operates on the interships of students, they even provide lectures by several figures about topics which are being studied at that time, various courses such as PLC programming, SCADA and industrial automation courses are provided and various projects are made based on them, well I haven't made any project yet,

The placements provided by the college is well renowned and better in the area, the highest package offered was over 1 cr in 2022, and the average package is almost 10-12 lpa for CS and IT branches, but for mechanical and electrical ones, it's about 5-6 lpa, the recruiters are well known companies such as Amazon, Wipro, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, TCS and many more.The placement record of the campus is really great, having an average of about 90 percent for the sitting candidates, I have planned to get a master's degree from this college

The tution fee in total is about 142000 for first year, including all forms of charges excepting the examination fees which is 7500 submitted to the Board.For further years the fee is about 118000, and the college provides scholarships to students under various national scholarship policies, which is almost half for general and obc students and almost full for SC/ST students, I don't have much idea about the stipend thing but the college provides interships under skill India platform

The college performs various technical fests like hacktron, Yogya, Samarth and udaan which is basically an aviation based fest, but the annual fests aren't that much good here, even the fresher's party is boring here, the libraries are filled with enormous amount of books from every field, it can be literature to science, the college invites various lecturers and alumni for technical and moral support for students, the sports based activities are mostly based on the clubs and groups, the college only organizes khelo India youth games run by the govt, other than that, you can play various kind of sports but it's all on your own or the respective clubs, Various clubs and groups are present such as Oorja which is one robotics based club, F&F which is a car manufacturing and racing club, nature's club which involves plantation and stuff, various music bands such as emphony and many more.

The admission process was really easy, I have completed my diploma in electrical and electronics engineering earlier, so I got the admission in second year of the course through lateral entry, by CUET councelling, the staff is familiar, didn't faced any issues at the time of admission, one can get admission through JEE mains, CUET or through direct admission process. There are two exams every semester, one Sessional test and one PUT(pre University test) and the internals are provided on the basis of your score in the exams.i didn't availed any benefits but there are several reservation benefits for obcs and scheduled castes as well as minorities. There is no need of improvement in area of admission cause it's really smooth and fast .
