Likes

Campus life is ok Hostel rooms are ok

Dislikes

1year academic curriculum. VERY expensive ROI is very less

Course Curriculum Overview

1.5

At that time CSE was at peak that's why I choose CSE branch but in college 1year academic curriculum is not good...a total waste of 1 year they should at least introduce some core subjects of CSE in first year teaching methods are fine SEM is of 5 month in every 2 month exams are there

Course Fees: INR 1800000 per year

Placement Experience

2.5

7th semester students are eligible for campus placement many companies visits and gives offers highest package 50 Lowest 2 lpa average 6 lpa mostly 80 percentage of students get placed after getting degree MBA is what I've thought of

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees per semester Tuition fee 175000 Hostel fee 70000 Mess fee 22500 Registration and other fee 2000 No scholarship no financial aid Campus placement are given after 3 year completion no stipends and no awards

Campus Life

1 annual festival almost many books are there in library .. technology and facilities in classrooms are fine ..in Kiit sports are more well appreciated then others student run in clubs ,groups and societies are also there in which nepotism peaks

Hostel Facilities

1.5

3 bedded ac rooms are provided with cost of 70000 facilities are fine with 24 hr electricity menu and meal are not good ..Every SEM registration process has to be done with registration fees affordability is low

Hostel Fee: INR 70000 per year

Admission

Eligibility of the course CSE was 85+ percentile I had got 95 entrance exam name was kiittee and was free of cost no reservation exam timing was 12 to 3 pm 1 hour for each set of PCM difficulty level was moderate overall admission process was fine ... Mike and camera was on during exam

Decent faculty and top tier placements, just follow the rules

Likes

I like the vibe of the canteen and greenery around my college

Dislikes

I don't like 75% attendance and the strictness of the faculty members

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

Likes

The college campus greenery and campus cleaning management are doing really very well that is the only good part but that doesn't matter much for your career.
⭐⭐There is nothing good to mention about this college after going through all the procedures from taking admission to degree,I regret and many of my friends also regretting taking admission into this college.⭐⭐

Dislikes

They have a good well maintained cricket ground but students are never allowed there only for commercial purposes and to attract new joinee.
Staff and management are very helpful and polite only till admission done.🥲.
Hostel food quality is extremely unhigenic, no one takes responsibility after many complaints also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was very classical , too much theory oriented for placement point of view they will provide last 1 month or 2 months training for aptitude part rest for technical you have to study on your own.

I did not apply for other colleges. Before getting admission in KIIT I did hear good reviews about the college and placements here so I applied for the CSE course here. The admission process for KIIT University is simple. You have to register and give the KIITEE exam and based on your exam percentile and your 12th percentage you get selected. REVIEW OF KIIT FROM A SECOND YEAR STUDENT

Apart from KIIT I also applied for PES university, VIT. I got confirmed admission in CSE branch of these colleges but these colleges are far away from my home. So distance is one of the main factors for not choosing other colleges instead of KIIT. For taking admission in KIIT one has to appear in the KIITEE examination which is conducted in CBT mode. After the exam result will be declared within a month. Then one has to sit for counselling for choosing the branch of their choice. The cutoff score is different for all the three phases. For example in 2023, a student securing 15 percentile in KIITEE got CSE core branch but in the second phase the cutoff for CSE core raised to 75 percentile....Read More
