Remarks

Overall the college is good to come to have a life here spend 4 years and you will discover a lot of things and the opportunities are unlimited you just need to search for them and catch up thats all you need.

Entrance Preview

Because this college has a pre-historical record in embarking highest placements and it has even got 100% placements since 2013 and highest package of 38lpa and is located within the city so is convenient for us to get it to touch with the common world.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum ohh its too good to mention about it it's not like other colleges pressurizing students for more and more subjects they have kept only the required subjects for a future engineer and even more than that the teachers are too convincing you can contact them any time for doubts even on holidays.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, I heard that from the seniors the college provides internships from Google and Microsoft and even the mass recruiting companies the general stipend is about 30k.

College Events

5

Texus a national level tech fest is organised every year and whole college students participate in the event and many hackthons and different types of small level events and workshops are organised ever Saturday in the trp auditorium managed by seniors and teachers.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible for a middle class family for everyone its 2lpa for b.tech courses and for the hostel and mess food additional 60 thousands and 62 thousands respectively means a total of 3 lakhs and 22 thousands and after first year you can even get scholarships.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yess almost all of the banks are providing the loan facility for students. And the students have to maintain a 7CGPA to get a scholarship from 2nd year.

Campus Life

4

Campus life is good all around development is there and the campus be located in the center of the city is a plus point for us and there are two basketball grounds and students can play cricket and football during the evenings and the college also has NSS and NCC units.

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostel facilities are good for a living the mess food is just up to the mark not bad like all other messes and every Wednesday and Sunday non-veg is there and different mess for veg and non-veg students and the wifi speed is about 10mbps at night and 5 during day hours.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors are very helpful and you can always catch them up in the library and ask them for help and the alumni meet also occurs every year so it is the best part.

Exam Structure

We have centralised exams with the main campus kattankulathur campus similarly for placements is also there and we have 3 cycle tests of 50 marks in each semester and 1 semester exam and the exams marks are uploaded on the erp portal of the university.

Admission

After appearing my 12 boards i started preparing for the national level competition of SRMJEE and then appearing in the exam and let me clear you questions asked are theoretical types mcqs not much difficult ques are asked be prepared well in advance and you can definitely make through it.

Faculty

5

More than awesome I just completed a month in the college but I have direct contacts with many teachers and the coordinator I how this 4-year journey will be awesome they all are very helpful in nature and the most important thing is the Whatsapp groups all faculty and students are connected.

About 70 percentage of the students got placements successfully. I am planning to pursue a master degree abroad

Placement Experience:

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. About 98% of people placed as far as I have heard.
