What Students Say

Likes

Faculties are very good and helpful ... ..
Campus is good and green to explore and interact
Seniors are helpful and always good and cool

Dislikes

Hostel food can be a bit good and rules should be more minimal
Student to teacher ratio is huge so thats the problem
Campus is big so it's hard to reach classes on time and is a major problem in summer time

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus of the course is very nice although in the first year, you can expect 10+2 things. The teachers are also very helpful and also very cool. The classroom is also digital and very spacious for long time classes.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Highradius is the internship oppurtunity giver in the college campus and actually good for those who just passed into 7th semester the projects are actully very use ful for one who is intern in this company and you can get good salary if you can adopt their skills.

Placement Experience

Students become eligible for placements after the 6th semester and they basically get campus placement. For companies like TCS, Deloitte, Accenture, etc. average package went from 7.5 LPA to 8 LPA and the highest went for 63 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The couse fee is high enough but the main thing is that what you pay for is actually worthy. If you can afford it then go for it . And make sure you can train hard your self to pay back the fees you invested in there.

Campus Life

4.5

The college campus is very large and green. so many open spaces to just sit and think. The hostel arranges a cricket league on their own ground. there are plenty of social clubs and societies to join and nourish yourself.

Hostel Facilities

hostel is good and food is consider able . the room sizes are big enough and the wardrobes too. there is also food court for food supplies . the hostel has it's own rules so you have to stick to it. other wise you can get fine

Hostel Fee: INR 28000 per year

Admission

I have given their own entrance exam kiitee and from there I got CSE for B TECH. The minimum eligibility was to get 75% in the 10+2 exam with PCM. The application form is on their own website. Exam difficulty is fine for those who are appearing for jee mains.

Decent faculty and top tier placements, just follow the rules

Likes

I like the vibe of the canteen and greenery around my college

Dislikes

I don't like 75% attendance and the strictness of the faculty members

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs

The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Likes

The college campus greenery and campus cleaning management are doing really very well that is the only good part but that doesn't matter much for your career.
⭐⭐There is nothing good to mention about this college after going through all the procedures from taking admission to degree,I regret and many of my friends also regretting taking admission into this college.⭐⭐

Dislikes

They have a good well maintained cricket ground but students are never allowed there only for commercial purposes and to attract new joinee.
Staff and management are very helpful and polite only till admission done.🥲.
Hostel food quality is extremely unhigenic, no one takes responsibility after many complaints also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was very classical , too much theory oriented for placement point of view they will provide last 1 month or 2 months training for aptitude part rest for technical you have to study on your own.

I did not apply for other colleges. Before getting admission in KIIT I did hear good reviews about the college and placements here so I applied for the CSE course here. The admission process for KIIT University is simple. You have to register and give the KIITEE exam and based on your exam percentile and your 12th percentage you get selected. REVIEW OF KIIT FROM A SECOND YEAR STUDENT

Apart from KIIT I also applied for PES university, VIT. I got confirmed admission in CSE branch of these colleges but these colleges are far away from my home. So distance is one of the main factors for not choosing other colleges instead of KIIT. For taking admission in KIIT one has to appear in the KIITEE examination which is conducted in CBT mode. After the exam result will be declared within a month. Then one has to sit for counselling for choosing the branch of their choice. The cutoff score is different for all the three phases. For example in 2023, a student securing 15 percentile in KIITEE got CSE core branch but in the second phase the cutoff for CSE core raised to 75 percentile....Read More
