Course Curriculum Overview

It was very use for my future and also for promotion. The course is very very usefull in the life also. It will increase my knowledge in the way of study. Every subject tell something new for me and make me knoledgble.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

tuition fees will collected in online mode. Every year same fees collected by student section. The complete cost of one semester is 20 thousand. The scolorship will provide depend on category wise. They give seed for first class student.

Campus Life

The annual and technical festival is onam festival and Pongalfestival and devalue festival and holi festival Christmas festival and new year festival. All category books available in library. All technical available in clas room like LED board class. All sports available. Impacts on every student life.

Admission

Everything is online only on Pondicherry University website. Eligibility for ug 12 pass For Pg any graduate. All process will done at the University office located in Siver jubilee auditorium. Semester fees and term fees any other fees collected by the way of online.

Placement Experience:

From the final year which means 5th and 6th semester for undergraduate students and 3rd and 4th semester for Post graduate students, it is eligible for them to attend the campus placements. In my MBA, we'll be eligible for next semester to attend the placements. But for undergraduate students, they might have got chances now to attend the placements. The companies visited for us when I was in Undergraduate in the same Loyola College are Deloitte, Accenture, Standard Chartered, Goldman Sachs, RR Donneley, Bank of America, Sutherland, Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, Equinty, Turing, and many more small companies also came. The overall placed students numbers were almost more than 300 among the final year students alone in the college which is a great achievement. The highest package offered for us is ?700000 from Goldman Sachs and the average package we received is ?300000 which is from all the small companies. The percentage of placed students in our college is almost 85% from our batch alone. So we hope that in this batch there might be more than 90%. The reason for 85% in our batch is most of the students has moved for higher studies. My plan after getting degree is to get a senior most position in any of the big company and grow in my career.

Good for study and better than many collages and jNiversity in term of timepass

Placement Experience:

There is a good placement for student as almost 80 to 90 student from 160 students get placement in differently sector fir master of business administration and average placement package is around 6 lakhs .

Placement Experience:

From the beginning of 2nd year (i.e., 3rd semester) students are eligible for getting into placements. Companies such as Federal bank, Thomas Cook, Askan technology are some of the college which has visits till yet and more of them are coming from January. Highest package is 13LPA and it's from banking sector and the average packages are 4-5 LPA. 70% of the students are getting into campus placements.

I have taken my subject MBA logistics and supply chain management . There are so many MBA programs in Pondicherry university . From it selected logistics because of the scope of the subject. Placement Experience:

In international business specialy, not good in placement because of large crowd and less effort of placement cell, last year highest placement of 15 lakh , but maximum 7-8 people get placed , hope they improve this

Remarks:

Our institution lacks stability in the tenure of faculties. Some faculties are leaving the department and joining after one or two semesters. Also, new guest facilities are joining, but they are not as good as permenant facilities.

SEAL and PU

I got selected in HOU but I choose PU ,i got attracted to this course and i read brochure it find this is very diversified and you will having so many options after your degree and I got spot admission the admission process and hostel allotment process went very smoothly no problems there and I seats are alloted totally on merit based . If we compare the uni with other i would say academically it's very average particularly social science and humanities like the depts lack faculties and proper furniture and most of times professors will be ready at classes Talking about campus life no doubt there we have one the most beautiful campus in india and the night life of pu is another vibe it's don't disappoint anyone there , so on overall I am ok for choosing pu because it's a amazing diversity and filled with many talented people...Read More

M.Sc. Food technology in pondicherry University

Admission process was simple you have to fill the form available on the university site, generally releases in june/July. Eligibility for the course is b.sc./ btech food science/ food technology/ agriculture/ food science and nutrition/ home science/ food science and quality control/ biochemistry/ biotechnology/ clinical nutrition/ microbiology. Health center with full time ambulance is available, other facilities inside the campus includes a big library with RFID facilities and multistory reading room, Indian Bank University Branch, 2 Indian Bank ATM counters, Post office, Reprographic centers, shopping complex, Ponlit Milk parlour, Day care, Kendriya Vidyalaya school.
