the curriculum that influence me to take the course is the cooding,i am facinated towards coding since a long time so i coose to pusue btech in compter science.the curriculum prepare me enough for the real world application and it will also help me for farther studies also.the frequence and the timing of the exam is quit good as he have to give exams per 2 months and the difficulty lavel is also high

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

the tuition fees of the college is 1,75,000 per semester it means we have to give 1,75,000 in every six months. the complete cost of my education for 4 years will be 20,00,000 as we have 8 semesters. the college provide a decent ammount of scholership to the student who have above 90 percent.

Campus Life

there are a lots of festival held is our college including technical and many more.almost every month the college organise a festival related to tech.the accesability of the library is so easy.any student can go to the library and access books and jurnals.the faculties and technological provisions are really good.there are so many societies related to sports ans extracurricular activities.

Admission

to pursue the course we have to pass 10+2 with math physics and chemistry .and we should have atleast 50 percent i 10+2 examination.the application form of the college entrance is available online.and we do not need to pay any fee to fill the aplication form.the application date is 5th may 2022.there is no reservation process.the entrance exam took place in 5 slot and the dificulty lavel is quit hard.

Decent faculty and top tier placements, just follow the rules

Likes

I like the vibe of the canteen and greenery around my college

Dislikes

I don't like 75% attendance and the strictness of the faculty members

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. The college campus greenery and campus cleaning management are doing really very well that is the only good part but that doesn't matter much for your career.
⭐⭐There is nothing good to mention about this college after going through all the procedures from taking admission to degree,I regret and many of my friends also regretting taking admission into this college.⭐⭐

Dislikes

They have a good well maintained cricket ground but students are never allowed there only for commercial purposes and to attract new joinee.
Staff and management are very helpful and polite only till admission done.🥲.
Hostel food quality is extremely unhigenic, no one takes responsibility after many complaints also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was very classical , too much theory oriented for placement point of view they will provide last 1 month or 2 months training for aptitude part rest for technical you have to study on your own.

I did not apply for other colleges. Before getting admission in KIIT I did hear good reviews about the college and placements here so I applied for the CSE course here. The admission process for KIIT University is simple. You have to register and give the KIITEE exam and based on your exam percentile and your 12th percentage you get selected. REVIEW OF KIIT FROM A SECOND YEAR STUDENT

Apart from KIIT I also applied for PES university, VIT. I got confirmed admission in CSE branch of these colleges but these colleges are far away from my home. So distance is one of the main factors for not choosing other colleges instead of KIIT. For taking admission in KIIT one has to appear in the KIITEE examination which is conducted in CBT mode. After the exam result will be declared within a month. Then one has to sit for counselling for choosing the branch of their choice. The cutoff score is different for all the three phases. For example in 2023, a student securing 15 percentile in KIITEE got CSE core branch but in the second phase the cutoff for CSE core raised to 75 percentile....Read More
