KIIT is one of the colleges that adopted the National Education Policy and the course curriculum is according to the policy . After Computer science , ETC is the most emerging field and will see a lot of advancements in the future. KIIT provides you enough opportunities for you to be industry ready. Once you come into KIIT there are many research opportunities and all the teachers are qualified, helpful and supportive to the students in any kind of matter. Engineering is a four year course and each year there are two semesters in which there are midterms which happens once and sem finals(moderate) including there are class activities , internals, assignments, projects , quizzes which accounts to your total no.

Internships come to you from the end of 2nd year.... I don't have that much knowledge about that but yes KIIT has provided us Trainship programs guided by the Training and Placement cell of KIIT. I have applied in two three programs which included JAVA core, Coud computing and VLSI.

Placements in KIIT are good ... you can rely on it. From 6th semester students become eligible for placements you can get pre placement offers if you do good in internships. Above 300 companies visit KIIT every year for recruitment. For CSE department the highest package was 82 lakhs Above 96% students get placed every year.

Amazing spacious clean rooms with dedicated cleaners for every floor. Every thing is well maintained in all hostels. Food is absolutely fine ..... better in terms of other colleges in India. You would register for hostel while taking admission in kiit through dedicated kiit admission portal. If anyone wants to avail for PG there are many PGs available at low price around KIIT.

The admission process at KIIT was absolutely smooth. KIIT has many branches including those of Engineering, Medical, Nursing, Biotechnology, Law etc. If anybody wants to pursue B.A., M.A they can also opt for KIIT including these there are options for higher studies and Management studies as well. Any student from any board of education who had Science in 10th and 12th standard can opt for KIIT . Since I am an Engineering student , I'm telling in that perspective. The best way to get into KIIT is through its KIITEE entrance examination which is absolutely free and there is a designated website for that ( it can be conducted physical or online based procto exam). Reservations in the examination is available (Caste reservations only for SC/ST and PWD). You can get your desired branch through reservations even if your rank is not that good. KIITEE is moderate andheld in total 5 phases throughout the year
