Course Curriculum Overview

4

Courses of KIIT University has multiple diversification. It has multiple courses which are same as some of the the best colleges of India. I opted for CSE which helped me to improve my skills and knowledge in different types of fields. Till date i have learned different types of languages in my academics. The examination process are held frequently which has different types of levels, something it's very easy but sometimes it's difficult. The areas in which improvement can be done are selection for section and elective. As there are vast amount of students, students face difficulty in section selection.

Internships Opportunities

4

Collage called many companies for the internship and it provides the opportunity for the student so that they could develop the industry requirements through the internship of the collage Collage has a rule that the it's should have number of project and a minimum number of days for the internship and it's should be compulsory for the degree.

Placement Experience

4

Collage provide good opportunity to the placement and for the student who have studied and prepared well would easily crack that opportunity. The highest placement is 62lpa and the average is 6 lpa and near about 700 companies visit the collage KIIT claim that it has 100 percent of placement but in reality it's is near about 90 percent of the student got the placement. In the end it will depend on the student to grab the opportunity.

Fees and Financial Aid

As it's a private institutions it's fees is generally high but it gives opportunity for students to redeem scholarship It also help students for educational loans through which they can easily pay their fees. It provides scholarship to students but students have to maintain their cgpa above 8. KIIT University has generated many employment opportunities for the localities . It has more than 25000 employees which work for KIIT. The fees for a particular semester is 225000 which includes tution fees, hostel fees and mess fees.

Campus Life

4.5

KIIT has a vast exposure to the diversity in the campus and vast exposure to different people's in the campus KIIT organize it's fest every year in the month of February and the fest are too much enjoyable for the student. The classroom is of international standard and each and every equipment required during the course KIIT has sports complex individual for the every hostel and also gym is there for every hostel.

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostel have every facility which is required by the students and it have ac and non AC room are also present and ac reading room is present in every hostel Mess food is average not that much good for the people comming from math. For the thought of mine you should choose hostel not the rented flat as the hostel facility are way to good as compared to the flat

Admission

Kiit has its own entrance examination through which I got admission. I secured a rank approx to 1500 which helped me to get computer science engineering. KIIT also provides scholarship for students whose rank are below 1000 . The addmission process which i didn't like was it's entrances examination where held in multiple phases. I was called for my counciling process which helped me to interact with different personalities.

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs
