Course Curriculum Overview
The course is well updated and international level books are given for studying free of cost. In term of curriculum for real world application kiit has well managed course and faculty for it. The exams fairly moderate and are easy to pass. Scoring 8+ CGP is not a big deal if you study regularly
Internships Opportunities
Internship are provided by college after 5th semester around december. Only a few students are given internship, you really need to make a lot of projects have a good cgp and be decent is dsa, a language atleast.
Placement Experience
The students are eligible to apply for placements after 3rd year/ 6th semester. Around 350 companies comes to hier students. This year placements were bad amid the ongoing laydown and companies not hiring. Around 65% students got placed this year a huge drop from the previous years. I will see of i can get a decent job after my degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fee is increased nearly every 2 to 3 years. Currently it is 384000 per year. The fees is not increased amid ongoing course. Complete cost of CSE costs me around 20 lakh including all the expenses. Kiit merit is available for students those who rank on top 100 in kiitee exams.
Campus Life
Kiit annual fest is conducted in january or february. This year on edm night Nucleya lit up the stage with his presence and on the very next day Jubin Nautiyal performed an exceptional soothing but also energetic performance. All the good course book are available in library. Nearly all the sports are available to play in activity centers.
Hostel Facilities
You can take ac room, non ac room, premium rooms. All the rooms are provided with a comfy chair, a table and a cupboard. The price is fair in all the types. Though the time restrictions makes it little annoying.
Admission
Aggregate 60% in pcm was required. You can find application form at kiitee.ac.in 2 exams are conducted per semester ,mid sem and end sem in 4 months the exams are moderate. You need good mathematics to qualify for the entrance exams it is fairly easy to get in kiit through the kiit admission exam(kiitee)
