Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty of this college are experienced. They are also very supportive towards students. The teacher teaching in this college are readily available for the clearing of doubts. The college has got all the lastest technology for the betterment and easy understandibility for the students. As per exams, all students have to clear mid-semester of duration of 90 minutes and end-semester of duration of 180 minutes in every semester. The midsemesters are of 20 marks and endsemesters are of 50 marks. Internal marks are given out of 30. The difficulty of these exams are moderate. Also the quizzes are held in every 3 three week and assignments are given in every 2 week.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fees are 350000 per annum. The complete cost of education is around 1500000. At the time of admission we have to deposit 75000 as registration fees which includes laptop and whole semester books. Top 1000 students gets scholarships as a financial assistance. Many companies provide internship and pay stipends to students to overcome their expenses.
Campus Life
There are various events held in KIIT university. Kiit carnival is organised in every 25 years and kiitfest is organised every year. These events are usually held in the month of February. This college has a huge central library and each campus has its own library. These library have all genres of book for the students. As for classroom, each room has ac facilities and smartboard . Many social groups are available and students can opt these groups according to their choice and talent.
Hostel Facilities
In hostels, 2 types of rooms are available i.e. 2 bedded and 3 bedded. Among those students can also opt for ac and non-ac rooms according to their choice. The menu of KIIT hostel is changed in every 3 months . The quality of these food are good. Before starting of semester students have to fill form to get their desired hostel. Hostels provide wifi facilities to students.
Admission
The registration process of the Kiit entrance exams starts from the month of February. All students have to go through the entrance exam of KIIT which is KIITEE and this exam is free of cost for all and this form can be found in kiit.ac.in .There are total 5 phases of this exam which starts from March till June. Students are allowed to appear in any 3 phases. To get CSE branch students must score above 70 percentile.The difficulty of this exam is moderate. For the improvement in the admission process , the number of the offline centres can be increased for the convenience of the student
