SMVDU - OVERALL PROCESS AND EXPERIENCE

The curriculum is decided by the University Faculty members itself, The course is completed by the teachers and the syllabus is covered vastly and in depth. Every topic in the syllabus is covered, the examination is also very competitive and the questions create a competitive sense while solving them. The examination is taken in three sections - Minor 1 , Minor 2 and Major. Marks distribution is 20-20-50 and 10 for the assignment. Minor is of one hour and major is of 3 hours.

An extra amount of 20,000 is taken in the first year. And then it is given back when your course is completed. If you wanna take the hostel then you have to submit 23000 fees and extra 20000 fees for mess. If you are in the top 3 of the students in your class Then you can get scholarship depending upon the course you are enrolled in. If you are the science stream, Then you can get the scholarship of 37000 for securing first position and then second and third corresponding scholarship of approx 10,000. In B tech you get a reduction in your tuition fees, if you score atleast 7.5 CGPA in every semester.

There are many Sports Club in the university and different sports in the university - Basketball, Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Badminton in every Hostel and Tennis court, Table Tennis Table and There is also a Gym in the university campus. There are a wide range of books available in the library , of approximately every subject, There are many theoretical Books present in the library, Ranging from Every subject. The library is open From Monday To Friday - From 9:00 A.M to 8 P.M and then from 9:00 P.M to 12 P.M From Saturday to sunday- 9:00 A.M to 5 :00 A.M The Reading Room Is 24×7 For Seven Days!

It was Based On CUET- PG. The admission process was solely on the merit list of the entrance exam. I didn't have any reservations but based on the reservation the cut-off was low for different students in the course I was enrolled in. You can find the application status and after the CUET PG result is declared, and you will get an Email from the university regarding the admission process, If you are interested in taking admission, you can send or reply back to that email, and you can start your application from there.
