What Students Say

Likes

I enjoyed this place's infrastructure; everything is neatly arranged and in ample supply.
At AKGEC, campus life is good. This place has a really great coding culture.
The professors have extensive training and expertise. All have PhD's from reputable universities.

Dislikes

College could have improved its AC budget a little bit.
The course should now be focused on new technologies, such as the way AI is taking over the world.
Placement and internship should be emphasized more in college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is excellent. I choose this course because I wanted to become a software engineer because I have a strong interest in this field. In our first semesters of college , we use many labs to complete a great deal of practical work and gain some understanding of the real world. Despite their high level of interaction , teacheres can always do better.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Opportunities for internships become available to deserving third- year students. The college invites companies to campus so that students with the neccessary skill set can apply for internship. In addition , the college offers vacation time and NOC for summer and winter internships.

Placement Experience

The Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College was INR 34 lacs per year, while the average package is INR 4.25 lacs per year. About 35 students in all received packages valued at more than INR 10 LPA. Over students have been placed in reputable companies like Acccenture, Newgen, Commvault, etc during the current academic year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Academic fees for college are 141000 rupees. Tuition fees keeps increasing every year on a scale of 200 to 500 rupees. Your entire educational expenses, including tuition, registration fees , and other mandatory costs, will come to about 7 lacs. Government grants are awarded as scholarships.

Campus Life

At AKGEC campus life is fantastic. Sadly, AKGEC does not host any fests. However , AKGEC is home to a wide variety of clubs and groups. There are numerous societies. My personal favoirite is the tech society. Our various sports teams and clubs work with students to achieve both at the zonal and individual levels.

Admission

Those who have finished their 12th grade with PCM may choose to pursue a B.Tech in AKGEC. Admission is determined by the AKTU Counseling , which requires passing the JEE entrance exam. No specific information can be provides because resevations are made in counselling and they differ from year to year.

If you're in lucknow, Look no further.

Likes

The looks of the campus are stunning. Open fields and everything
Events are hosted weekly, allowing everyone to participate and host
Extracurricular activities are well respected

Dislikes

In a secluded area of Lucknow. Hostel recommended

Placement Experience:

Our Placement packages are pretty low online. It's primarily because every course, High tier, Low tier gets an on campus placement. Computer science has a very good placement ratio. People who don't get placements ussually are the ones who didn't even apply. Around id say 80 percent people get placements and my plans are to look off campus.

My Experience at Sanskriti University: Campus Life, Academics and Opportunities

Likes

The course offers a good foundation in computer science and AI, with opportunities to improve technical skills.
Campus life provides opportunities to make friends, interact with classmates, and develop communication skills.

Dislikes

More practical sessions, live projects, and industry-oriented training are needed to improve student skills.
Placement preparation, internship opportunities, and career guidance could be improved for better job prospects.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose CSE (AI & ML) because of my interest in artificial intelligence and computer science. The curriculum provides basic technical knowledge for higher studies and career opportunities. More practical sessions, real-world projects, internships, and interactive teaching would improve learning. Internal assessments and semester exams require regular preparation, and difficulty varies by subject.

“A Good College for Learning and Growth”

Likes

Being a CSE student I get the opportunity to learn about computer science and improve my skills The college experience also helps me understand the importance of practical knowledge

Dislikes

The placement support could be improved especially by providing more opportunities for students to get internships and jobs in reputed companies

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course covers important subjects related to computer science and programming. It gives basic technical knowledge, but more practical learning is needed. Exams are held every semester, along with internal tests and practicals. Some subjects are easy, while others need more preparation. Overall, the course is good, but adding more real-world projects would help students learn better.

What I heard before about the placement is totally different from what it is. I mean after spending more than 6lakh the average package of btech is around 4-5 LPA and the ratio is like 15-20% only. No big MNCs like Amazon Flipkart Deloitte or any other comes here.

The students could come through counselling or Cbse 12th percentage i.e management, counselling is done on JEE scores and 12th percentage should be more than 75-80% in PCM for unreserved prolly...Read More

Inside AKGEC Life

1) I had applied for colleges like jss noida,gl bajaj , kiet , akgec through UPTAC counselling for those who gave JEE Exam. i preferred this college because after reading reviews about it ,consulting senior students. 2) I could get this college based on my rank . I could not make it to other colleges because of their high cutoff for the CSE branch. 3) admission process includes direct admission where students are admiitted based on 10th,12th score and branches are alloted based on their score, 2nd is through the uptac counselling for students who want to get admission through JEE Score. overall admission experience was good....Read More

so bascially i didn't choose this college . i did mistake in my uptac counselling and get this college but when i studied here and seen all the aktu colleges i prefer this is good because it ranked 3 in up colleges .the college is ranked 3 in whole up and its naac A++ so yes its a great college so to get admission in akgec there are two ways by 10+2 percentage marks or by uptac counselling you have to fill your choices in uptac counselling so fill it very carefully without any mistake so the overall to get any cs/it branch your jee percentile should be above 88 and below that you can get any other core branches....Read More
