- The thing which i most hated in this university is the behaviour of security guards on the main gate..
- They use dirty water in maintaining grounds and watering plants..
- I also hate the smell of harmful gases which are spread beside B- block.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have choosen btech (computer science and engineering) in galgotias university which is very demanding course till now. They have advance labs for the experiments and practice, some days before North-India's first apple lab was opened in Galgotias University. Teachers and faculty are good at teaching, they try their best to give one of the bestest knowledge, teaching methods are good and are quite enough for understanding. Timing of exams is also same like other colleges, they also have mid term and end term exams in one semester, time which is provided for givings exams are 3 hrs each.
Placement Experience
If you are in 6 or 7 sem and have 7.5+ CGPA then you are eligible for placements. Every year many foreign companies visit Galgotias University and offers many jobs , in 2023 a foreign company names Zeplin offered 1.5crores to a enginnering student. Average salary are 3 to 4 lakhs depending on your skills. There are good number of students which are placed in companies. After completing my college life , I would love to do job in our beloved country 'India'.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fees in galgotias for one year is 164000 rs for btech computer science and engineering, they take one year fees in advance, they have term fees like you have to whole year money in months of April every year before last date otherwise you will fined 200rs per day. 14900rs is for tutuion fees and 15000 is for exam fees and 1000rs for your identity card. If you are from UP then UP government launches UP scholarship every year, if you fill correctly then you have chance to get a scholarship of rs 50000+ .
Campus Life
In galgotias they organise many fest like Galgotias Unifest which is one of the North-India's biggest fest and also very popular over whole India. They have many clubs which organizes many events in which you can join and show your talent. Galgotias have wide range of books and journels in their libraries, they have sepearte library like law library, engineers library. All classrooms have well furnished desk and chairs and also all rooms are air conditioned with projector and good power plug along each desks.
Admission
Admission process was vey simple if you have more than 60% in your class 12 then you can get admission easilt in galgotias university. You can find the admission form from the official websiite of galgotias university and it is free to apply. Exams are held twice in every semester as mid term and end term, they best benifit of this university is they make their own paper and they check by themselve and they give their own bacherlor's degree. Some changes to be brought in admission process like they need to extend the date of applying admission form.
