NIEPMD college insight

Likes

The campus environment is very good, neat and calm, the campus is well maintained and regularly cleaned
The main language that's spoken here is english, since people from all over India comes here, the common language to communicate switches to English, which is better for our English vocabulary and for future job references
It's a ragging free campus, there is strict anti ragging helpline, seniors are friendly,

Dislikes

No availability of good food nearby the college, since it's in outskirts of chennai, there is no medical or no or very few hotels around here
There is shortage of staffs here, and mostly boys to girls ratio is like 1:4 in our class,
The canteen food needed to be improved and should provide proteinacious food

Placement Experience:

The college gives internships after the final year, 6 months is the duration of the internship, 3 months inside campus and 3 months they post us outside the college to nearby hospitals or colleges like SRM,Meenakshi, Saveetha, balaji etc....Placements are average, they have to do a lot of work on it, but the coming placements are with a good salary amount

Pros and cons of Uni

The eligibility of my course is to complete 12th grade and atleast score 60% in the exams. As of for me i joined the university by going to the university and by applying it in person. I had to fill a form and then attend an interview. Its better if u reseve and keep the seat as it is very hard to get a seat here. The frequency of exams are very quick and thats how they keep checking your level of confidence in exmas. If u have anyone that can put your name up for admission that has a working experience in the same university that can improve in the admissions process...Read More
