Course Curriculum Overview

4

I chose computer engineering bcoz yes i have interest in coding and also it's a booming field so i opted for it .... Well faculty students Ratio is around 12 students for 1 teacher ... Faculty qualification is around MSC , mtech etc .... teaching method is good ... No issues with teaching.. it's interactive and use of projector is done .. just to show PDFs btw .... There aren't large gaps between exam in one month the iat 1 and then iat 2 and then sem takes place

Internships Opportunities

1

ahhh so there are no internships here . but staff will help you find off campus internships . and also keep networking with people and find intership by yourself . an average college wont spoon fed you everything

Placement Experience

3.5

Students become eligible for campus placements from 4th year.... Around 50 to 60 companies visit our college and most of them offer decent placements .... since im writing this review in recession times, the placements were not that good enough , but placements cell tried there best and highest package went arounf 13.5 lac , second highest was 9.5 lac , and average was around 4.5 lac .. companies like delliote , aurion pro and tech mahindra wwere mass recruiters . im also gonna opt for on campus placements if i get a decent packege otherwise nope

Fees and Financial Aid

tuition is fee highest in first year and decreases after the first year and you can reduce it further via ebc scholarship . tuition fee covers the highest of the total fee i.e. around 1 lac. rest is amenities fess like gym khana electricity etc . i opted tfws so i didnt have to pay tuition, drastically reducing my fee. campus doesn't provide internships which i don't like about my college ... but the training and place cell of our college is very engaging and helpful when placement season comes

Campus Life

3

terna engineering may not be the most high-tech place, but it's got the basics covered. The classrooms have projectors and whiteboards, and the Wi-Fi is avilable only in library . The labs are standard, the PCs are from bhide ka zamana , they need to upgrade them The library is the best place accprding to me , go check it out by yourself , campus life can be good if you make some genuine worthy friends . there are many clubs here so you dont need to worry about them . terna college has its own turf , you can get a pass weekly to play there , sports avents are good here , jo bhi khelna h khud hi khelo

Admission

Admission process was a head ache ... Firstly we had to login into college's official website ... Then we had give 1500 Rs just for a small admission and brochure which was of no use .... Then details were filled on pc about me and also ona form ... My reservation was TFWS category so i just needed valid income certificate for available of reservation.... After a long line for admission... They collected all our original documents and i was admitted in college after paying whole fees

Faculty

4

The faculty-to-student ratio is a crucial factor. In this institution, the ratio stands at 1:12, meaning there are 5 faculty members for a student body of 60., as it becomes increasingly difficult for the faculty to provide individualized attention and focus on each student's needs. As a result, many students may feel left behind or not adequately supported in their academic pursuits. The faculty's credentials and their approach to teaching and mentorship are also important considerations. The institution boasts a team of faculty members who hold B.Tech, B.Sc, or M.Sc degrees . However, the approach to teaching and mentorship is primarily through PowerPoint presentations, which may not always be the most engaging or effective method for all students. Students can reach out to the faculty via phone calls or WhatsApp, and the faculty members are available during their non-teaching time on campus.

Focusing on student's attendence rather than focusing on students concepts. College is not focusing in development of students only paperwork is done. No conceptul teaching nor practical. By doing this stuff we can get a btech degree but not the knowledge a btech student should have.
