Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The curriculum was up to date and all the latest subject were discussed as per that time. Study methods were adjusted as per the situation even during the corona times. It didn't feel like we were just at home attending an online class as even studying online we were quite interactive with the classes. Overall the curriculum and teaching methods were quite good.

Internships Opportunities

2.5

As I mentioned the college had no placement or internship opportunities this not a matter I can discuss too well. But yeah there were some efforts from the management fir us corona batch as they somehow provided us an internship in Laravel and AngularJS through a company named Wabanax. They did take a fees for this internship but looking at the situation at that time I feel like it was quite reasonable. I will surely say that the placement and internship side of the college really need to improve as it may help the college to reach greater heights and help the students for a better future.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fees was around 30000 per year making around 1 lakh for the entire course. Which compared to other colleges was quite pocket friendly. Sure there were some examination fees and other small expenses that came with it making it no more than 1.20 lakh for the entire course. As per the fees the college has provided more than enough for the students. My only complaint with the college is regaythe placement and internship opportunities other than that everything was Okay.

Campus Life

4.5

The college provided every facility that is necessary for a college student. Practical labs, internet, cctv, smart class, water, libraries, etc. The college infrastructure I won't say was the best, but it was also not bad. Okay in some matters. The surrounding areas were all green and fresh. The people were all friendly from students to faculty and management. No ragging issues I faced in the course of three years. Campus life was the best experience I had in my education years. So overall the campus life is really good.

Admission

Admission were based on merit list that were released after the application forms online. It was like a first come first serve basis. If you were able to secure the seat before last date then okay. Otherwise if the last date is over and seats are still remaining. They released a new merit list on which the last date was further increased. Though this admission process surely took a lot of time leading to late start of the semester and even late admissions.

Faculty

4

As I already said the curriculum was very nice. The lecturers were very qualified for the job and were also very friendly. The students were able to properly interact with the faculty. The faculty were the only reason we were able to get over the hurdle of confusion and mishaps that were occurring due to messy management. Other than that study wise the college is very good and the teachers are to notch.

Other Applied Colleges

Geetanjali Institute of Technical Studies - [GITS] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)

Due to corona financial problems were there so I opted for a financialy suitable option.
