Galgotias University for exposure

The course curriculum is almost same as AKTU and college affiliated to it . There are several subjects taught throughout the course per semester. There are minimum 5 and maximum 8 subjects taught per semester. The topics and lessons are common as taught in other engineering courses and as per the competitive exams such as GATE . Some subjects have both theory and laboratory classes based on subject matter and have credits to qualify. The total credit earned are calculated for cgpa each semester and then per year .

There are many internships provided.. Some are provided from first semester such as AICTE eduskills cohort or Cisco , etc. Companies offer offline intership as well based on skills and resume. Stipend is based on companies and skill of student.

Students here in B.tech CSE eligible for placement from third year or Vth semester. The in campus placements are average and not all the students get placed. But college provides opportunities. Companies select students based on there own skills which is quite necessary. Students can apply for off campus placements in different companies. There are many internships as well as summer training programs offered by companies such as BSNL , Infosys,etc. I will personally try to get in some IITs or NITs for M.tech after completing B.tech from here as they are always better .

The fee structure when I took admission was 1 lakh 59 thousand (159000) out of which 1lakh 49 thousand (149000) was tuition fee and 10 thousand examination fees. It has increased now for new batches. We pay 1000 for ID card. And debbared fees per subject ( if we don't maintain 75% attendance per subject we don't get to give exam and get debarred) is around 1500 and if we fail in only end term exam of a particular subject we pay 500 rs per subject . There's is UP scholarship for students belonging from uttar Pradesh provided by government and college gives 10% concession in fees if we score more than 9.5 cgpa in previous year ..

There is a UniFest conducted here for a week around month of March-April every year . In which students can participate and showcase there talent. And there are many other events organised by the clubs such as ideathons, hackathons , comedy circus etc . There's a lot of exposure here . One can enjoy there college life to fullest Many celebrities are invited here for events and DJ nights and occasions such as valentines etc. some even randomly come for promoting there upcoming movies or web series or other projects. Many motivational speakers are also invited to guide and motivate students for better future.

The eligibility for B.tech course is PCM in 10+2 and schored a minimum of 70 percentage of marks in Physics, Chemistry and Maths for admission. There is no special entrance exam conducted by University and mostly there is direct admission based on class 12th marks . But one can Apply through CUET as well there might be some scholarship or concession. The admission process is quite easy now as there are lot of mentors assigned to make the process easier

Most of the faculty here is very supportive and helpful. They are highly qualified mostly are IITians and have PhD or master's degree. They are very knowledgeable and Guide the students for better opportunities. If a student is willing to study and cooperative then definitely the faculty will help as much as possible. Faculty provide students with notes ,books PDFs and other study material so that it's easy to learn and memorize the concepts. They also help in coding by giving good question which use our logic ability. They are very supportive and also in exam time they help students in last moment as well. There's a problem of syllabus completion sometimes the syllabus is not fully completed as per the exams but it's quite common in mostly colleges we have to study on our own not everything can be spoon fed as we are college students now so studying on our own is better . But yes they clear our doubts we can contact them anytime .
