Northeastern hill university is it worth studying?

The curriculum for the 1st year btech is shit,who needs pcs,evs in btech and they are teaching the things which are taught in our schools they don't focus on practical learning.we need something different which make us gain interest in the subject not the se things we read before it boring to read to learn the same thing again and again.

Internships here is kinda you are yold everything about internship program in the department groups or you local groups of the university as i am a fresher so i don't know much about the internship but what i have seen here each and everyone can get a intership here but you have to keep telling the department heads about internship

As i am a fresher I don't know much about the placement policy here but this year a senior from ece got placed in google for 32 LPA which is the best placement which i have heard so far. My plans are to prepare for the gate exam as the placement here are not so good (i just heard) so i came here for gate in my mind.

.The overfall fees of the btech course will be around 2 to 3 lakhs which i think is normal or is affordable for a 4 yr course. . There are many scholarships schemes provided the government to the students and the university administration keep us well informed about it. .The hostel fee for a year is 7700 which is quite a good deal,but you have to pay 2500 monthly for the mess dues in hostel.

The library is the best library i have visited so far there are a lot of books gor every field of study. . There are no such festival such as techfest or anything as it is a university it is difficult for organising these but they are planning to include techfest from next year hope the organize. . The facilities and technological provision are okay i can say . . The sports are real good in the university as the people here enjoy playing sports so yes and there is SAI within the campus so its kinda good.

. The room provided here are spacious as it is a big room for 3 students which have 3 Almirah ,3 beds,3 table and mainly there is balcony in every room. . The meal is kinda okay okay its not that good. . You can easily get hostel its easy to get the hostel here. . If you don't want to stay in hostel theye are many pg's nearby and you can rent a room nearby.

. You can apply here though joshaa or the university have their on campus admission process for around 50% students intake. . The student intake is less and people don't know much about the university so their are way less students from a normal btech college. . You can get easily admission here as many people doesn't know about the university and if you want to do engineering badly but you can't take admission anywhere it may be your last option i suggest.

The faculty members are well qualified but they don't put much effort for the welfare of students they just want to finish the syllabus and they just teach bookish things they just don't teach you anything practical which is important.
