Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

It was basically my dream from the childhood to become a doctor as none in my family are in this path. And even my family doctor was my role model, I was always curies to know things about this which made me choose this course. The teachers here are excellent, it's because of them we are exactly in the right pathway, and they have shaped us to this extent. My area of important as of now is to spend more time onto studies understanding the concent well. We usually get less time to prepare for exam.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

We usually do our intership in our college itself. We have our own hospital where we are made to write case sheets, treat the patients and we are paid for it upto 20000 per month. We work under our senior doctors.

Fees and Financial Aid

Private fees here is 2015500rs per annum. Where as during the time of admission they take 73000 for University fees every year. So total for an year my fees would be 2088500. We usually get scholarship like NSP, SSP and the amount varies depending on the category to which we belong to. For OBC it's upto 50000 For SC/ST it's 150000

Campus Life

3.5

We hardly have any functions in the college, they usually don't entertain much into sports or any other extra-curricular activities. They usually don't allow inter college participation in these activities Library facilities are good.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

So basically I have taken 3 accomodation for which I am paying 23000rs which includes 70000rs for mess fees. This is not worth the money. Meal is worst here, they don't provide good food. You can Register to hostel by direct coming into the campus and hostel building.

Admission

To get into this college we need to write an entrance exam called NEET, where we need to qualify in the exam. Then with that ranking we will be allotted in KEA, we need to go submit the documents to KEA and pay the 1st year fees and then come to college for admission. For reservation category the first year fees will be just 500rs as the fees will be paid through scholarship itself.

Faculty

4.5

The staff here are all qualified doctors and are too good and excellent in what they do. They teach us very well and make sure we learnt the concent and they make our work easy too. They have thought us how to interact with the patient. They are always there for us anytime.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is based on practical scenarios and very relevant since doctors need to understand real life scenarios inorder to treat patients. Curriculum includes OSCE and certified skills that prepare students to become good doctors. More individual attention and skill development can help students understand topics and mould into good clinicians.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The MBBS comprises 19 Subjects which is vast. Knowing so many things make you not only knowledgeable but also you have very important role in society. This course is filled with practical knowledge which are compulsory to get. This gives you skills which only a few people can have. So you already stand in society. The newer changes that has been made by NMC has reduced the time for studies. It was less exhausting before. Exams are properly placed and arranged . They are well divided into theories, practicals, internal examinations, certification for skills, etc. Last year has more papers now.
