Likes

The fees is very reasonable for a law course compared to any other colleges
The infrastructure is quite modern with smart classes facility in every class
The faculty are very attentive to needs and easy ro approach .

Dislikes

The management is not upto the mark when it comes to hosting any event. Most of the things are informed last minute amd students do not have ample time to prepare.
The library is very small and has very less books are present there.
The cafeteria have very limited options and gets very crowded during lunch break.

Low fees attracted me the most, out of all colleges nearby, ALC has minimum fees. There are no extra charges in between the session. ALC can improve in the field of hiring more experienced faculty as the college has very limited number of good faculty. Exams are not very frequent, as it happens only once at the end of the semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fees are fixed for each batch and there are no increment in them. Complete cost of my education at Asian Law College is 645000 only. There is no scholarship provided by the college. The college has a special batch of international course where they take the students to South Africa.

Campus Life

As of now there has been one fest conducted which is Athleema, a sports event which has multiple sports for students to participate. Each class has smart board, computers and Air conditioning. The sports area is very small and has very limited option.

Admission

Aisan Law College has its own entererence exams which has two rounds. The first one is an online mcq base aptitude test and the other one is an interview session with five judges which is offline. Student have to clear both the rounds to get admission bit it is quite easy to clear.

Faculty

Each class has approximately sixty students and the classes are quite interactive one. Classes are big enough for each student to accommodate comfortably. Teachers are very cooperative with students needs and demand. There is even a special cpc program where students share their thoughts and insecurities with assigned faculty and they provide solutions.

The internship and placemet

Likes

The aspect is that we girls are very safe here.
Placements opportunities are good for students
Real life industry experience with industry experts

Dislikes

Very crowdy in fests and culutural events
Too much Students in every department every where
no practise paper are provided during exams

Placement Experience:

The Placement in my campus is very good , we are advised to do internships from out second year onwards , whch helps us lot to score good and take good placements the highest package is 10LPA and average is 6lpa

Likes

The faculty members are well trained and accomplished individuals.
Infrastructure such as elevators and seminar halls present.
Different societies and activities to take part in.

Dislikes

Ccsu marking scheme is not fair and good.
The syllabus division is not good as per the ccsu standards.
Hostel doesn't provide good amenities as per the fees, and the food is terrible.

Placement Experience:

Not everyone gets placed and the people who gets placed don't get much, there are multiple companies that come for the interview and only people with 60+ percent in their exams can qualify for the interview.

1 year of my college life

Likes

Teachers are very cooperative even after classes you can go and ask questions
You can discuss on everything thing not just studies but also any other personal problem if needed
They have sports are where students can come and play in the evening and a good canteen

Dislikes

The hostel facility is really bad and needs to be improved as it's has very unhygienic food
Very few cultural events take place especially for law students

In first year subjects are basically of social science which give an idea of how real world connects to law and why we actually needed laws and later we are slowly introduced to law subjects so that we also have an idea of the background and base of why we needed law as a subject

Likes

teachers here are so qualified and talented
campus is very beautiful and with lots of greenery
Our classrooms are very spacious because of that we all can sit comfortably

Dislikes

events got cancelled a day before the function
No trips or tour for students or teachers
No Air conditioner in most of the classrooms

As I'm studying BALLB and the teaching method in our college is pretty nice as they conduct field visits, courts visits and also invites different personalities who Excel in the law field that helps us to understand how the real world works in this field and I really thinks that this college should more focus on their class overall timings sometimes they got really lengthy every year our university conduct 2 exams separately for every semester. and the difficulty level depends on the students preps

Christ University Delhi NCR will make you curious!!

Likes

Christ University Delhi NCR campus is bigger than many and clear than almost all.
One of the safest places to study as security and atmosphere wise our university is the best.
Definitely the best moot court halls as our college has hosted not just domestic but international moot court events too.

Dislikes

Most faculties are south Indians and therefore it becomes difficult to catch up with the accent.

Placement Experience:

Court practice states from 3rd year and hende thereby training as well. So, placements in some of the top chambers of high courts or even top Litigation legal offices like Trilegal and JSA from Delhi have helped us to interns and then get a PPO from them.

Management has focused not only on academics but on all different curriculum activities.
Management has focused on A1 quality of different fields.
Academics as well as all other activities are managed for the students to provide them qualitative exposure.

Dislikes

It is not affordable for middle class families.
The central approach has been somehow sidelined due to different focuses.

Course Curriculum Overview:

If we talk about syllabus and subjects, it is quite good and relevant. We get subjects of social studies for getting an exposure to the societal and historical glimpse. On the other side students get an opportunity to study legal subjects to get a theoretical knowledge of legal world.

Good College

Likes

Fee of this college is very low as compared to any other colleges. College is very strict for ragging and fighting. Campus is very peaceful and full of various types of trees and plants such as ayurvedic and show pieces, Good infrastructure.
Students of my class and seniors were very helpful, especially girls. Ratio of girls and boys were 50:50 and depends on the admission.
Faculty members of this college were very good, knowledgeable and very helpful, friendly in nature. The H.O.D of our college is very knowledgeable person.

Dislikes

Although for students, the teachers and their classmates behaviour were on top but it's become headache for guardians while paying college fees because they did not take fees on the basis of semesters, they want one year fees full.
The faculty teachers were very helpful and nice but other staff such as fee accountant, receptionist and admission councellor behaviour were on good after completion of admission.
Our LAW building and BAMS building and hospital were on same campus so if someone gets ill or gets injury you have to pay for the treatment without any relaxation on payment.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As a B.A.LLB or LAW student every one knows that practical knowledge would be better as compared to the theoretical knowledge. The frequency of exams were conducted weekly but as my perspective its conducted on monthly basis and at moderate level.

Likes

That they give good enviorment and competitive both at the same time and classes
Good and yes the social interaction is more there
The teching faculty is best and there teachinf methods are also good

the infrastructure is old 1800 but it has to be renovatative
the staff in not to supportive at time of any emergency.

The campus of this college is very good and it is a green campus, every kind of facility is available in this campus
The faculty of this college is very good, they behave well with the children
The infrastructure of this college is very good which attracts the children a lot

The bad thing is that some teachers do not behave very well, which is a very bad thing
The staff managing the infrastructure is not well settled
There is no proper facility available in it which is very bad for this college

The course structure of this university is very relevant and has been designed keeping academics in mind. This university conducts exams 4 times a year, two time midterm and 2 time end term. The timing of this college is from 9 in the morning to 5 in the evening

Insights of a local law school

Likes

The faculty is very good, they are inrich with knowledge
They have been providing us with different different research paper to read every week.
Our campus includes eminities like smart board , moot court, A/C class room

Dislikes

Administrative body is not up to the mark
Cleanliness is not very proper, open spaces are not there
Social culture event doesn't take place in campus

The curriculum is designed in a very specific way that it helps the student to deal with the real problems in the real life. There are some flowers also in the curriculum like interpretation subjects should be put in placed at before and some real life subject should be taught in the first or second year itself it short not be put for the fourth or fifth year . Journey so far at ALC

There were two rounds. First was a computer based test. The students from NCR were supposed to go to the college campus to give the test while the students who were not local had to give it online from their homes. After this a PI was conducted via zoom (for non local students) where a panel of three faculties asked questions. And oh God! Journey of ALC student.

My parents visited the campus first and then I went to take a look, like every student I was assisted by a dedicated counsellor who helped me out with all the doubt concerning the 5 years timeline and how to go through it. The counsellor aided me to get a hostel, gave me all possible options of private owned PG'S As well as college hostel.
