Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

the curriculum is exceptional and the teaching methods handled id good and adequate. All curriculum was useful in real world and it is updated to current scenarios. Frequency of exams is high and it's difficultly level is helpful to be prepared for final exams.

Internships Opportunities

3

Cognizant offers 10000rs stipend for internship. But internship opportunities are a bit less. We have to pursue internships in our own interests. But internships and inplant training is compulsory during course duration.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement opportunities is excellent in the campus. From the 5th semester itself companies will start placement activities. The company which visited for highest package was Goldmann sacks. They hired for 22lpa. There was 98 percent placement in our batch. The college will try to ensure 100percent placement if possible and push the students to get placed. Many companies like Accenture, TCS, WIPRO, COGNIZANT, ZOHO, INFOSYS, HEXAWARE, TATA ELXSI, PRODAPT, NEWGEN, IBM, etc visited for placements. I got offer in tata ELXSI which I joined. Other offers includes an electrical maintenance startup.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no hike or increase in tuition fee in between course. The complete cost of my education for my course came around 6,25,000 rupees. But the actual cost was less due to corona lockdown. And some amount of fees was refunded. There is scholarship available for first graduates.

Campus Life

3

The library have sufficient books for studies. Infrastructure is good. But culturals and sports is not much encouraged. And such events are rare. Symposiums are conducted in September usually. And only technical events are conducted. But prize money is good.

Admission

I got admission through counseling in the affiliated University. Also, there is no entrance exams for admission. It is first come first serve basis for seat reservation given that the enrolled student has sufficient marks obtained in 12th grade exams. Usually the cut of marks for the marks obtained in HSC board exams should be atleast 170 out of 200.

Faculty

3.5

The level of knowledge that can be seen In the faculty is pretty high. The quality of education provided by them is good and course materials provided by them was also adequate. But one thing they can improve on is their communication with students. Rude and unapproachable behaviour could be avoided.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is relevant and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It prepares students for real-world applications, but more industry projects, practical sessions, and updated teaching methods would help. Exams are generally well-spaced and moderately difficult.

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.
