Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The MBBS curriculum is designed to prepare students for real-world medical practice and further academic pursuits effectively. With its strong emphasis on clinical rotations and hands-on training, I feel well-prepared to handle patient care scenarios. The curriculum also incorporates evidence-based medicine and encourages critical thinking, which are essential skills for both

Internships Opportunities

4

After passing final proff exam you have to enroll yourself on UPMC website as according to nmc rule you can't choose other hospitals for internship,so internship rotation is done in attached hospital, for community Medicine posting,RHTC and UHTC are assigned, which are 10km apart from college

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fee is 17,000/year for SC/ST and 24,000/year for OBC/General. Scholarships are available for merit and need, including government-funded options. Campus jobs like research assistantships offer financial aid.

Campus Life

4

Incept is our annual function, normally held in month of December, there is a central Library having varieties of books, anatomy physiology biochemistry, medicine surgery everything, but there is a problem you can't issue by your name you have to read it in the library, for classes there LTs, having projectors, and blackboards,no club for students here

Hostel Facilities

3.5

A single room ,bed ,table, chair, almirah, common balcony for two,no free meal is given you have to pay for it,we here have taken tiffin service 120rs/day,menu is not that impressive, Hostel fee is rs6000/year for single seated and 4800/year for double seated,,

Admission

10+2 with PCB, minimum 60% marks aggregate, form is on official site of nta.in, reservation benefits are 27% for obc,14% for sc,7% for st,exams are once a year, easy paper no improvement needed, but exam pattern can be changed

Faculty

4

There are 100 students in a batch, department wise teacher to students ratio varies, but classes are taken by faculty members on regular basis, some the faculty members are very good mentors, give exposure to clinical things, clinical rotations are very fruitful,we get to learn so many things when the ward round happens
