Entrance Preview
The admission process in wbjee is based on the rank you score in wbjee and then you get an opportunity to list your preferable colleges and by sorting list..the college that fits your rank best is selected by the authority of wbjee..since I knew Narula Institute of technology as a good technical institute, I listed this college in my list and many more preferable college . after the process i got this college as per my rank and then I took admission here
Internships Opportunities
They doesn't directly provide any internships till now , however if someone is interested in internships then they always gets permission about that and all necessary support from the college
Placement Experience
The placement depends on the market, like it, sector jobs are more offered due to the market and core sector jobs are less, but that depends on the job market. in every department, there are job opportunities as necessary and you can get a job if you are qualified enough to clear all the stages. For example here companies like Wipro, CTS, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS comes to recruit every year. The average percentage varies department wise like last year CSE got a placement of above 50% and each got nearly above 40% and so on. The average package offered here varies from 2.5 lacks to 5 lacks per annum
College Events
There are many annual events that takes place in this college, like our technical fest "Kritanj" and cultural fest "Navodaya" so many more like international language day,blood donation, marathon race,annual sports event, fresher's welcome party and etc. Everytime almost all students participate in it and they all enjoy their participation respectively
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is moderate with respect to the academics and campus life and facilities. For example, for a B.tech course your admission fee(which includes your 1st-semester fees also) is near about 85 k and in every semester fee is near about 45 k leaving the total course fee structure to be near about 4lacks.
Campus Life
In students, there is a gender ratio of 6:5 for boys and girls. there are no student political parties or unions what so ever .there are many opportunities for extra curricular activities like games or singing or dancing or drama or photography. there are groups for the respective fields and they compete in inter-college competitions also
Alumni/Alumna
There are annual alumni meet ups in colleges and the seniors are very helpful here, they help us to learn and apply our knowledge to the outer world and there is no ragging what so ever
Exam Structure
The exam structure is good and beneficial for students, there are two internal tests and one final theory as well as the lab exam in one semester. the exams here are controlled very well leaving a satisfaction on everyone's face as they never face any technical issues during the exam.
Admission
After the counseling of process of wbjee was over, I got this college for my rank and I was given a confirmation later by the authority of wbjee about the admission here, and within a period of time, I had to take admission to this college by coming here. I came here with all my documents and completed the verification and also paid the admission fee. So in this way, I got admission in this college
Faculty
Well, the faculty here is very good .each department has their own faculty room and students can always interact with professors and solve their doubts. Almost Every professor is knowledge and hardworking, they do their best to teach and to encourage students to learn about new things. Each and every department is very good at this point of view, every student can resolve their doubts with the help of these excellent faculty members
