Good college for engineering

Overall, responses from both the quantitative and qualitative data indicated moderate to high levels of satisfaction with the quality of teaching, instruction, learning and student engagement; with students being less (but nevertheless still) positive about workloads, assessments, outcomes and available or assigned resources. Many responses indicated that students felt their lecturers were/are knowledgeable, skilled, enthusiastic, committed, and prepared.

I have cleared wbjee entrance exam and got 15000 rank and got techno india batanagar college after the counseling process as choice filling.

More or less course structure is average in this college.The course structure is as worse as possible... No good Management, Teachers as well as students are pathetic, Language is a massive problem cause they barely teach in English (they teach in bangla).And teachers don't feel well qualified and experienced as they lack communicational interaction with students.The overall academic environment will demoralize you as a student and you will start feeling like you are trapped.not very expensive or say cheap as compared to other "good" colleges. Approx 4 lac is the total fee of the whole btech course including dresses and all.You have to pay your fee In DD (Demand draft). 78000 at time of admission including admission fees and first semester fees, 64000 for 2nd semester and 46000 for the remaining 6 semestersWBUT or say it MAKAUT conducts all the exams as it is the university under which our colleges comes in Bengal.They have 2 semesters in a year as usual engineering course structure in india.Each semester has 2 internal exams and one external exam along with viva and practical,

Placement is average in this college this year, 3rd year student of ECE department has got 10 lacs per annum packages in intel company and many students from different branch got placement in many different companies

College fest once a year, fresher's party for new fishes and some training programs is all I have heared in my college.Extracurricular activities are just for names and advertisements as well. Everything else is a business here. I find my secondary schooling more interesting than my College life in this College

I have got admission by clearing wbjee entrance exam and after counselling process i got that college and took admission. Firstly we have to fill the registration form then choice filling form and then we get suitable college on basis of rank,then we have to lock & freeze that college.After these all process take the admission in that college where you recruited after releasing date.
