College with excellent placement record and quality education

College management is very strict. In some cases they need improvement like course curriculum, CDC department, dress etc. Every week they change rule. They need proper planning.

Actually I was working in Dehradun from 2016. I did research about colleges in Dehradun. I found it was best with my investment and placement record is very good for this college. College has very good name in market within the 10 years of span. I think it is the 2nd best college in Uttarakhand after IIM Kashipur in management studies.

Quality of education provided by this college is very good. It's MBA course is designed by Uttarakhand Technical University(UTU). It also offers PGDM course where college designs it's course. I think PGDM is far better than MBA. It is more industry oriented. UTU is still following old model of course. They are not updated. Still college is offering some extra courses like six sigma, French language, Excel, Digital Marketing etc.

College provided internship for 95% students. I got internship in Home Credit and got monthly stipend of RS.10000. Industry relation is very good for this college. Even we visited ITC, SEBI, Amul, Patanjali etc. companies for industry visit purpose. Even I got offer from 5 companies in internship. Some students got more than one offer in internship. College gave more concentration on providing paid internship. General stipend provided by companies is RS.5000 per month.

In this year placement started lately as our intership ended in October. Still HDFC, Oyo, Jaro education, Markets and Markets, Gboxz, ITC, ICICI, Anand Rathi etc came into the campus. 150 companies are pipelined in this process. Generally more than 90% students got placed. In this year one student can accepts 5 offers from companies. Previously it was 3. Placement record is very good for this college. Specially for Marketing, it is excellent to join this college. Marketing companies offer most in this college.

Lots of cultural, technical and management festivals are happend in this college. In every Thursday after lunch, time is allowed for inter college competition. Events are like debate, song, dance, Business plan, play, product pitch etc take place on every Thursday. Besides these, Manfest, Diwali, Holi, Dushera, 15th August etc are celebrated in this college.

I think no college will provide such quality education and placement within this fees. Our fees for MBA course was 3.64 lakh. There is no hidden fees. If any student deposits fees later for financial problem, then college don't take fine. Fee is feasible.

Scholarship is offered for students who are resident of Uttarakhand and girls students. No scholarships is there for boys students. College must look into this matter. Loan facility is provided by college. Even I took loan from UBI. College helped me a lot. Every bank give loan for this college.

Gender ratio is 55:45 for male to female. Workshops and industry visit are provided by college. Previously college had no extra rooms. In this year college has made 2 new building. Labs are well equipped with desktops. Inter college, intra college and national level competition are hold in our college. College provide trainer for any kind of competition or program like dance, football, cricket, badminton and volleyball etc.

Boys and girls hostels are available within the campus. Food is good in hostels but not in canteens. Canteen is not good in this college. Although there are 4 canteens within the college campus. Veg and non veg food are available in hostels but only veg food is available in canteens. Quality of food is not good in canteens. Hostel fees is also very less in this college.

Alumni network is the key strength for this college. They help college in providing placements and internships. They are also very helpful. In every year, alumni meet is taken place. Everyone can interact with them.

College is very strict. 75% attendance is mandatory for students. Attendance is taken on ERP system. 2 internal exam is taken before semester exam. Quiz and assignment are also part of exam structure. College don't give good marks for students who don't perform. You have to earn marks. Getting very good marks is quite hard here comparing with my previous institutions.

I sat for CMAT exam. Then I listed some of colleges in North India. I applied to this college by visiting their site. I got a call from admission department of this college. I went to the campus for further rounds. They took case study test and followed by personal interview. After 3 day they called me and told that I got selected. Then again I came to college campus and deposited my registration fees.

In my whole academic life, I never got such qualified faculties in all departments. Everyone is giving their best to teach students. They are helping in doing research and learning new technologies, strategies to win over other. They follow PPT based teaching. Even they provide case studies to get into the subjects.
