Course Curriculum Overview

The course was very useful. They provide some value-added courses also through their various technical clubs, industrial visits, in-plant training, internship, guest lectures, workshops, etc. we did the in-house projects and it helped us a lot to know practically.

Placement Experience

Various companies like IBM, HTC, Anglo eastern ship management etc visited for on campus. both software companies & core companies visited the college and take more students. we undergo internship in the companies during the final & third year

College Events

cultural and annual day functions were conducted every year. the students perform and exhibit their talents through these events. Guests from the cinema field and industries came them and make us enjoy during these events. we enjoyed a lot during those time

Fee Structure And Facilities

Tuition fees plus transport fees. Fees are very moderate. they provide transport to mostly all areas and collect very moderate fees for transport. The food is very good and fees for food is very worthy, the scholarship is given for students those who scored above 9 cgpa

NO, I have not applied for a loan as I pay fees directly. I also have no scholarship. But I have a first graduate scholarship which I availed

Campus Life

Every year sports day will be held where students can show their sports talents, apart from that for zonal competitions, students are encouraged to participate. labs are fully equipped. Also, additional value-added labs also there which are supported by various industries

Hostel Facilities

Nice & spacious hostel which has spacious, pleasant rooms. It has various facilities such as gymnasium, meditation center, etc. The students can enjoy the internet for all days including Sunday. The high-speed net is provided without restrictions. Digital library is also there

Yes, alumni meeting will be conducted often and alumnus will help us a lot to improve. we are in touch with our alumni

Admission

Through the anna university counseling, I got admission. The admission process is very simple. even though the management also if a student got above 80% marks he can approach the college directly. Students coming through counseling can come directly and join

All faculty are Qualified with their master's degree and completed/pursuing a doctoral degree. They take more care of us and helps us to grow. They are very concerned about our studies and they use various tools for teaching for better understanding.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect which is great future on IT Field of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course. The curriculum prepared me to solve tough real-world logical aptitude test and coding test. The course curriculum is only based on the theory in several areas.My suggestion is to improve that too in practical manner for better real-world understanding. The frequency and the timing of my exams along with my perspective on the difficulty level is 2hrs.

Best experience in college

I applied for the Aalim muhamad Salegh college which is in Avadi. In that college I have got ECE department. And parallely I have searched for the CSE or IT department in other colleges. Then I also got PEC with ECE dept then we approaches the college and we selected the IT department.I didn't got any rejections form other colleges which I have applied. There is eligibility criteria where u must secure above 85% to get CSE or IT dept or any other computer streams. There is no entrance exams.
