It's the best college in Jaipur

I would always conclude by saying that it is the best engineering college in Jaipur. It has provided me with and opportunities. Already my parents say that I am a different and a matured individual now. I really hope to do good in the industry.

The course curriculum is good and up to date. New topics are covered. We have plenty of opportunities for research. We have an innovation lab, where students can develop, and we have dedicated mentors who help us in developing. The exam structure is very fair, and we have very strict invigilators.

I have seen several placements going on. Many campuses are being held dedicated for our college and several pool campuses are also going on with UEM Jaipur as the venue. I am seeing my seniors getting placed in multiple companies. I have a home for internships. College is facilitating us in internships only. A few days back, am internship fair was also held at college.

We celebrate NEN E-week where we present our entrepreneurship ideas in front of the investors and venture capitalists. We have ACM, ISLE, IETE, IGBC, IEEE, ISHRAE student chapters. Several speaker programs are held under these student chapters. We organize those, and also through these student chapters, we come to meet several top academicians, even from foreign countries. We have tech fests, cultural fests, sports meet, and many such activities.

I study B.Tech. My course fees are Rs 40,000/- per semester tuition fee for 8 semesters. Registration fees Rs 1,000/- one time in the first semester and Rs 600/- per semester exam fees. So, total fees come to Rs 3,25,800/- all semesters combined.

I didn't get any scholarship, as I was not eligible for it. Scholarships are given to students having more than 85% marks, which I couldn't score, unfortunately. However, there were options for project cost reimbursement, which I could avail. I got the opportunities of doing several projects till now.

Campus life is very good. We have 3:1 boy and girls. We celebrate several programs. We have a sports facility and gym. Extracurricular opportunity is in plenty to grab. I myself have not done too much extracurricular till now. But I have participated in academic competitions and won prizes. Technical fests and cultural fests are held regularly. Robotics is the leading at UEM Jaipur. We are regularly mentored for robotics related activities. Debate competitions are also held.

Hostel fees are Rs 15,000/- per semester for lodging and Rs 20,000/- per semester for food. The hostel is good, the rooms are good for studies. We have good washroom facilities. Rooms contain almirah individually for all students. Tables and chairs are there for studies. Food is good. We are given a good quantity of good also.

I have attended several webinars held at UEM Jaipur. Many alumni members like Mr. Aninda Shukla, Ms. Rittika and others have interacted with us on webinars. They have helped us in grooming, and I was also motivated to hearing from them. It was helpful for me.

I have appeared for IEMJEE exam in the year 2017. I have scored 82 on that exam. After that counseling, I selected ECE stream and got admission in ECE department on 20th July 2017. The admission process was very transparent and I didn't face any issue going through the process.

Teachers are very strict and punctual. They teach works a lot of intent. We have a concept of workbooks, where teachers use the last 15 minutes to make us fill up those workbooks. It pertains to the things taught in that class, and whole driving the workbooks, we get to learn the topic with more ease.
