Course Curriculum Overview
Our exams and internals are conducted on correct time mentioned in the academic calendar. On thing we have to improve is in the infrastructure facilities like accessing of smart board. Even our curriculum helps in writing exams like NET
Internships Opportunities
Our university doesn't have big internship opportunities. But we are linked with linkedin where it offers many placement as well as internship opportunities which is helpful for the students for improving their CVs.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am student of Pondicherry University and when we enter into our 4th year ( pg 1st year) new students will be enrolled for the pg admission, the fee they have to pay is and we have to are not same ( they pay a amount of about 8k and we pay 13k in every odd semester) . Our infrastructure is not highly technical. About the scholarship, we have 2 department scholarship namely merit and merit cum . Merit scholarships is for the first 3 rank holders while merit cum is for those who are having annual income below 2.5 lakh
Campus Life
Our library is the best and biggest library in Pondicherry. We got free access to JSTOR for journals. We have university dance club called PUSDC funded by the university , students groups and various organisations for helping students
Hostel Facilities
Girls don't have hostel fees only we have to pay is the message fees. Our mess food is far better than our own state hostel mess. We get a good hostel Life. The procedure for taking room is so hectic and headache
Admission
I applied for this University , Hyderabad and CUCET. I didn't got into Hyderabad. Unfortunately Pondicherry and CUCET exams was on the same day. So i decided to write Pondicherry University entrance exam. I got the rank AIR of 71 and I made it in the last list
Faculty
Our department consists of 8 faculties for more than 400+ students which is very difficult for the students and faculty for managing. They are very good to the students. We got the marks on the basis of our hardwork
