- Green campus: The campus is filled with greenery which soothens the mind and provides a peaceful environment to study and engage.
- Sophisticated library: there is a huge central library which contains vast books regarding all the subjects.
- Digital Library and Journals: There is the digital library that makes sure to provide the resources that are not in the central library.
Dislikes
- Canteen Food has to be improved a lot, food is not worth for the price they charge.
- People can't go out of the college after 7pm, there should have been extension of this particular time.
- The campus feels shut down after 6pm, No engagement between the peers is seen after 6pm.
Course Curriculum Overview
I wanted to persue cse as my major because of the booming tech. As mentioned earlier the curriculum is flexible because the college being autonomous and the syllabus is industry friendly and focuses more on what the industry wants. There are hands on sessions, industry visits for each branch. There are 2 IAs that'll be conducted every semester and a SA.
Internships Opportunities
There are several companies online as well as offline that provide internships and other opportunities. Salesforce virtual internship programs provides 2 different roles such as Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Administrator There are companies like Zephyr which provide internships.
Placement Experience
More than 70 percent students got placed last year. Companies include EG India, Novigo Solutions, Unicourt, Cohesity and many more. The lowest package was 4.5lpa and the highest package is 25lpa. Roles include SDE, Data Analyst, System Engineer and others.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure goes like this: KCET Quota: 1.15 lakh Management: 1.8 to 3.75 lakh There is a special quota called KRLMPCA AICTE Skill lab fee: 15k Placement Fee: 5k There are several scholarships given as well SSP scholarship by government of Karnataka gives 23k per annum
Campus Life
Thereare several fests that take place every sem Milan : A cultural fest that takes place in the odd semester Tiara : A 3 day All India Tech Fest takes place in the even semesters There is the huge central library that has got all the resources covered for the students. Sports day is held just before Tiara and sports is given more importance on our college having multiple playgrounds for each sport like Basket ball, football, cricket, table tennis etc. There are clubs such as: Robotics: Terror Bull and Synergy Open source: Sceptix Aircraft: Sjec aero Melodium: Music club
Admission
The college has got blocks for each department such as CSE, ECE, EEE, Civil etc. The vast central library is the treasure of knowledge, digital library and sophisticated labs make learning very well. Internet connectivity is available 24/7. Sports and other extra curricular activities make students grow completely.
Faculty
Teachers are highly qualified, 90+ percent teachers either hold a PhD or are persuing the same currently. Since the college is autonomous, there is flexibility in the curriculum that helps us to meet the market requirements. Exams are based on the syllabus and the difficulty is intermediate. Pass percentage is above 90 percent in all subjects.
