Likes

So the boys to girls ratio is 6:4 which is good as compared to other colleges
Good infrastructure of college , campus is not that big but we'll maintained and well utilised
Not ragging in the college which is good for the new comers to feel safe and comfortable

Dislikes

Few Sports event in the college despite having the well sports equipment
Must 70 percent attendence in every course else you will be detailed in that course
Very poor internet connectivity in the college , college wifi is also works in some part of the college only

Course Curriculum Overview

I'm interested in data visualization and analysis that why I opted for BTech in data science. Area of improvement in teaching method - the study material provided by the college are not that good they made the ppts very badly

My internship was in Brain Mentor as data analyst My role was data cleaning , visualization , finding insights from the data then present it to the higher management. Stipend was 15000 per month There are many other companies also which are providing internship in college like fidelity, accenture.etc

Placement of the college is good . You can apply for internship in the 2nd year and for the placement in the 4th years Highest package offered by the Amazon is 25 lpa and average package of the college is 6-7 lpa . Companies visited Amazon , Adobe , Deloitte, Accenture - 50% Student get placed

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee of my course is 308000 per year , And if you scored 80% in your boards exam then you will get 25% scholarship on your tuition fees . You just need to pay the tuition fees no registration or development fees .

Campus Life

Campus Life is good , No ragging in the college, All the books related to our courses are available Lots of clubs are there which are helping the poor and needy people by providing them food and essentials , some clubs are helping the ngos also

Admission

I applied for the Amity University also but choose NCU over that because I got scholarship which I didn't get in Amity . Admission process is very simple you get admission directly on basis of your marks in CBSE boards and jee mains . If you have scored 80 percent or above then you are eligible for the admission so just submit the docs and pay the fees and you are done with the admission process

Faculty

The faculties are very approachable and helpfull also very qualified. All the faculties are PhD. So there are 2 exam of every course in the semester ( major and minor ) the minor exam has 30% weightage and major has 70% weightage of 100 marks . And your internal are of 100 marks also .

Course Curriculum Overview:

teaching aspect, exam conduction is fine. except they can give more break (1 or 2 day) between exams, rest all is good. The exams are not that difficult. The level i would say on a scale of 1 to 10, is around 6.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I thought I would have a wide range of options to choose from later. This curriculum prepares us moderately I will say. Academically subjects are what we need, but I feel semesters are too short to complete everything. while semester we are like rushing first minor then within a month we have majors. it feels too overwhelming as we have to do subjects like cs gp too. which take a lot of time. then assignments. then lab workbooks are to be completed then we have to complete the syllabus and then minor and after a month only we have majors it is very hectic.

the placement and internship support here is really great i know many of my friends who bagged internship in their first year itself i myself got an opportunity in my first year to work with a company the faculty and placement team provides full support to students other than this we have a paid internships of six months in the 4th semester for every student and students are being prepared for the same since the very beginning of the course

Fun college-but stops you from getting a job

Placement Experience:

You become eligible for placements from the 7th sem itself. The companies which some here are mostly unknown companies, except Flipkart, Airtel, Jindal and Reliance. The placement scenario is as follows: CS/IT : Very good placements, avg 4+, highest(from 2023) was 12LPA on campus. Printing/PKG/Food Tech : 100% Placement, in 2024, 10 students got placed with a package of 9.5 LPA. Core branches(Except ECE) : Decent placement, you have to be top employable in your batch to be placed. ECE : Not allowed to sit in software companies, no electronic company comes, worst placement, No need to talk about the package or percentages. You can just be placed in a sales role.

Remarks:

Yaduvanshi college of engg. & tech. narnaul is a best college in Haryana. A good acadmic record all previous year. good faculty members , good transport facility available . No high fees structure. Scholarship and Bank loan facility available.

Truth of NCU(The NorthCap University)

I didn't chose this college, I was forced by my parents to join it as they had heard that it was one of the best Engineering colleges in gurgaon. If i knew how the college really is, in my wildest dreams i would not have taken admission in it. I have not got rejection from any college. Admission process is very simple, if you have money you get admission. There is no elegibilty criteria, only money matters here. They are so low on there morals, they now treat students as atms. no focus on study, bad environment, worst crowd,no managment, not safe for girls, etc....Read More

I applied for IPU but my family didn't wait for the results from that college that am I selected or not. other students of my age were getting admissios so they wanted me to also get admitted as soon as possible. They also didn't want that I stay away from home so this was the closest college and in gurgaon it is better than any other college. so I tried here I and I got easily admitted. this was actually not ony list but here I am. Inside the northcap university- the real deal

I applied only to direct admission colleges i didn't really apply to any but yeah considered the ones near my place like kr manglam and gd goenka, i also thought about amity or bennet which are in noida but i didn't apply to them as they were far and gd goenka and kr manglam were charging more fees . Northcap was the cheapest and the nearest so i applied to this college only. I just filled the admissions form online paid the fees and got admitted as i said its a direct admission college so they take in just anybody but still my class's strength is only 27 lol not a very good college overall but the cheapest sooo.
