Likes
- The girls to boys ratio differs from each class, like if one section has a majority of boys the other section will have a majority of girls
- Personal development is not really focused up on, the college is more focused on the marksheet instead of the actual knowledge
- Faculty is also mixed, some are exceptional and some need a little more training, campus life is zero tbh, mobile phones are strictly prohibited even for degree students, the college is small and only has classrooms and an auditorium, hygiene is good
Dislikes
- Prohibition of mobile phones, fests are less
- Highly academics oriented and not on the actual skills of the Students
- The list can be very large, lack of discipline, teachers give alot of lenience to some students, even if the class is being disturbed, they don't actually try to keep it in check
Course Curriculum Overview
It was said to have a wide scope, and it provides us with the basic knowledge about finance,taxes, startups, accounts and other commercial aspects, they could try to maintain the classes better ensuring the students aren't disturbed by delinquents, inculcate practical learning, we usually have two internal examinations before the final that's like one exam for every 1.5 month
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly fee is said as 50000 but they inflate it during the actual time of fee payment adding other expenses like uniform fee even though they don't provide new uniforms every year They add additional charges when needed without any proper reasoning, there are no scholarships for students provided by the college but a small concession if they student is facing any financial difficulties, Students will have to rely on state and national scholarships if they wish to avail so
Campus Life
There are no fests or events except the farewell for passed out which is taken up by the final year students completely, and one annual day celebration which starts by 10 and MUST end by 3 at the farthest, there are no clubs or groups, a sports meet happens every year
Admission
The fees was lower and this college was nearer to my location, there are no entrance exams or other criteria for admission here, the basic evaluation of your documents like previous marksheet, Id proof etc, other colleges were charging more for this course but maybe they'd have given a more holistic development opportunities
Faculty
So the faculty takes up different subjects for each class and there are sufficient teachers but most of them don't even last for 3 months, some have left just after 2 days, they are approachable and friendly
