Course Curriculum Overview
I decided to go into this course because it is related to medicine and the practical work .In our university the main improvement which was needed there should be more practical hours than theoretical.
Internships Opportunities
The internships is provided on a wider range for overy course and a great exposure is given .like for cse students internship in Microsoft and all and in nursing department tgere is integrated internship .
Placement Experience
In our course curriculum the students become eligible after the 8 semester completed for the placements .many hospitals like max ,Fortis Paras hospital, manipal hospital with the average package of 20000 arrived for the placements. The highest package was offered by Fortis hospital at least 70 percent students get the placement. My plan is to join any of the hospital to enhance my nursing skills and knowledge.
Fees and Financial Aid
This university provides the bachelor of nursing with the fees of 62000 per semester with the yearly fees of 122000. This university does provide some scholarship according to the marks of 12 th standard.
Campus Life
The overall campus life is great and many clubs are present separately dance club , photography club etc. the sports club is also one of the major club in this university.the libraries present in this university are also in a wide range with all the curriculum books.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility is not so good because of its high fee structure in the 4 sharing and 3 sharing rooms . The meal quality is also not worth it. The rented room or pg can be available in the locality like rajpura ,jhansla.
Admission
I have applied to only one university that is chitkara University,Punjab because it is one of the best private university in the field of nursing in the northern region .our university accept the merit based admission.
Faculty
The faculty and the student relationship is quite good in this university. There is sort or personal and professional both whenever students are in any problem . My favourite faculty was Ms jigysha sharma from our health sciences department whenever any student need anything she was there for us.Exams which was conducted were moderate level each semester there were exam of 75 marks and 25 marks internal
