Course Curriculum Overview

I always have an interest in artificial intelligence so the interest in it helped me to choose the btech in cse with ai and ml specialisation. The exposure provide in KIIT for it is best which helped me to choose this course in this college

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 1600000 per year

The internships opportunities are opened from 2nd year and all provided internships through different clubs are vey good and nice.the internship. Provided are in good companies which consists to quality project works and so on

Placement Experience

The placements of this college is very good. The opportunities are nicely abled. My decision after completing this course is to go through on campus placement as well as off campus placement .the skill I shall gain shall help me in that

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearwise fees for B.Tech CSE is ?4,00,000 Scholarships are also being provide to top 1000 rankers of the admission exam (KIITEE) The yearwise fees is inclusion of all. There are no other sort of financial aid avialable.

Campus Life

Campus life is very much more than one expects there are different festivals organised .Annual fest takes place for 3 days with one star night .there are different clubs in this college consists of dance music etc

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Hostel facilities are great with both ac and non ac .the foods are also up to to the mark.the washrooms and bathrooms are cleaned nicely.the food provided are also hygienic and best .the facilities like hot and cold water and water filter are also available

Hostel Fee: INR 600000 per year

Admission

The infrastructure of KIIT is far more bette than any other colleges .the sports to academics to othe facilities helped me to choose KIIT than any other colleges.the admission process to KIIT is to clear its exam named KIITEE

Faculty

Each class is having around 70 students which is further divided into 2 groups and facilities are remarkably the best Exam held 4 times a year which is 2 missed and 2 final sem. The probability of failing is less because the studies are all excellent

Other Applied Colleges

Institute of Engineering and Management - [IEM] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)

The exposure, studies and so on are more better in KIIT

Decent faculty and top tier placements, just follow the rules

Likes

I like the vibe of the canteen and greenery around my college

Dislikes

I don't like 75% attendance and the strictness of the faculty members

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs

The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

The college campus greenery and campus cleaning management are doing really very well that is the only good part but that doesn't matter much for your career.
⭐⭐There is nothing good to mention about this college after going through all the procedures from taking admission to degree,I regret and many of my friends also regretting taking admission into this college.⭐⭐

Dislikes

They have a good well maintained cricket ground but students are never allowed there only for commercial purposes and to attract new joinee.
Staff and management are very helpful and polite only till admission done.🥲.
Hostel food quality is extremely unhigenic, no one takes responsibility after many complaints also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was very classical , too much theory oriented for placement point of view they will provide last 1 month or 2 months training for aptitude part rest for technical you have to study on your own.

The admission process for KIIT University is simple. You have to register and give the KIITEE exam and based on your exam percentile and your 12th percentage you get selected. REVIEW OF KIIT FROM A SECOND YEAR STUDENT

Apart from KIIT I also applied for PES university, VIT. I got confirmed admission in CSE branch of these colleges but these colleges are far away from my home. So distance is one of the main factors for not choosing other colleges instead of KIIT. For taking admission in KIIT one has to appear in the KIITEE examination which is conducted in CBT mode. After the exam result will be declared within a month. Then one has to sit for counselling for choosing the branch of their choice. The cutoff score is different for all the three phases. For example in 2023, a student securing 15 percentile in KIITEE got CSE core branch but in the second phase the cutoff for CSE core raised to 75 percentile....Read More
