Course Curriculum Overview
I choosed this course Because of my interest in technology and science. You can say this is my dream that I wanted to study. Nothing is difficult is you are studying with full instred, the more you show intrest and easier the course will be.
Internships Opportunities
Internship are there in various companies, (I don't Know more because I'm in second year right now) There are also industrial visits Each year in January. Seperate place of each year students, ( Banglore, Goa, Manali {Students enjoys vacation } )
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for campus placement from 7th seminar. Alot of companies visits to college. Highest package - 12LPA Lowest package - 2 LPA Average - 4.5 LPA Placement % = >70 I'm planing for placements after getting this degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
First year fee - 7808 Rs. , Second year fee - 3708 Rs. For my category (ST) There is different fee for category wise. For open- 120000Rs. , For OBC and EWS - 80000Rs. , for SC-St - 4000 to 8000 Rs. , and VJNT 15000 to 20000. Students can get various Scholarships, also Hostelers can get seperate scholarships for hostel/Rent (4K-6k/month).
Campus Life
IEEE is the biggest event in the college, happening each year in OCT or NOV, other than this many more events happening every month. Festivals like Ganesh chaturthi are celebrated for 7 days. Also garba nights. Smart class rooms available, Labs with all equipment are available. You can join sports like football and cricket from college side. Can be participating inter_College compilation.
Admission
I listed top 4-5 colleges in my option list, this college was 4th, this college is settled in Mumbai is one of the reason I choosed this college, also fees and ratings of college matched my requirement. I got this college from CAP rounds Admission process is long but can be done within a day, admission process is not so hard. Eligibility for course requires 12th science with PCM, at least 50% marks. Admission can be taken by CAP, Most of the students attempted CAP. Cut off changes by categories, (ST= <70, OBC= >85, Open = >90)
Faculty
Good and supportive Faculties, Students and faculty relationship is as good as friends. No issues. You can ask for any type of help or guidance, you can also ask on weekend using WhatsApp chats. There are 2 Unit test (Internal Assessment test) per semister and one semister (University) exam. Exams are not so difficult, you can easily crack is you study at least for 7 days ( attending lectures ) Very small number of students get fails. There are Subjects in first year, that are not Related to course.
