What Students Say

Likes

The infrastructure is very good and also the teachers are highly educated and their way of teaching is also good

Course Curriculum Overview

I did B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering with specialisation in Cybersecurity but there's no practical knowledge that my college gave to me related to Cybersecurity. So if you're opting for any specialisation, then be prepared as college will only give you the tag of that specialisation but not any practical knowledge or experience.

Class Size: 42Course Fees: INR 820000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

At my time the college fee for 1st year was 220000 and then for the other 3 years it was 200000. But now the fee has increased to 3LPA. I don't know about the scholarships as I did not got any. There is also exam fee that you have to pay every semester and that is around 2500. As I belong to General category, I did not get any kind of fee related benefits but I think there are some kind of scholarships for SC, ST and OBC category. Also, there are some scholarships if you top or achieve very good grades in academics.

Campus Life

3.5

As I was the VP of our college's fashion society and also the coordinator of the yoga club, I have learnt a lot of things from that. I've gained many qualities like leadership, creativity, socialising with people etc.

Admission

I choose this college because it was near to my home and due to some personal reasons I want my college nearby. The process of admission is easy, you just have to clear SRMJEE which is not to difficult exam.

Faculty

Faculties are pretty much good and if I tell you about my experience, mostly every teacher knows me so I can easily approach them. Teachers are helpful and also friendly. If I talk about exam's difficulty level, they are not so much difficult...if you focus in class then that will be enough for you to achieve good marks as there's nothing come that teachers haven't taught you.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

I applied for the JEE Mains exam but I had no preparation for it, I did no coaching for any engineering entrance exam, which lead to great anxiety during the JEE exam, this lead to me not achieving a great score in the exam. I was accepted into Christ University and Vellore Institute of Technology but the NIRF rank of SRM compelled me to join here. This campus being close to my hometown was the perfect choice for me. The admission process is really straightforward and I do not need to even describe it here it is soooooo simple....Read More
