Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

They just not focus on studies but as well as focus on our skills. There are many managed big events, like projections, techno and all, every student has the chance to take part in it. The certificates are valued a lot at the interview. Hence studies are on smart class. Pcs are also best in labs! Clean and hygiene place.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, Parul University does provide an internship. I applied for many internships but the reply from the company is not yet come. Parul University provides the highest package.

Placement Experience

4.5

Hex Wireless Private Limited, Windowmaker Software Pvt. Ltd., Phonon Communication, Matrix Comsec, Phonon Communication, Einfochips, Simform Solutions, Vap Group, AMD Leds Company, and many more companies visited the college for the placement drive.

College Events

Dhoom, Projections, Techno treasure hunt, Christmas Celebration, National Conference, International Folk Dance and Music Festival, etc are the main events organized in our university campus and organized at a very high level.

Fee Structure And Facilities

BTech(Electronics and Communication) is a 4 years program, with an annual fee of around INR 86,000 per year. Which is quite nominal. The hostel charges are also quite nominal. There is an auditorium which is quite decent and the labs are quite good too.

Campus Life

4.5

9 out of 10. The thing is they do maintain the campus at its best! The greenery makes the morning sweet and peaceful. A well cleaned the hostel and maintained hostel with hygienic food.

Admission

The admission is based on the counseling and merit list. First of all, I applied by visiting the college website and fill the form and remitted the fee by debit card and appeared for admission counseling and got the admission.

Faculty

In Parul University, the faculties of all the departments are the best. They are friendly by nature and a teacher by work. They explain to us as per our logic level. They do teach life skills, soft skills and motives a lot to take part in a particular event, and helps to build own projects.

PDEU , a Sweet n' Sour experience

Likes

The campus is really well built and has good classrooms with air conditioners in every class ensuring student comfort.in
Decent facilities for extra curricular activities like sports and metro connectivity as well.

Dislikes

Same old rigid curriculum that is still being taught in Tier 3 engineering colleges through out the country
Some of the faculty even though they may be knowledgeable themselves, fail to deliver their thoughts in an efficient way to the students
Attendance criteria is relatively strict at around 80% on paper but you can still do with 70+ percentage.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 7th Semester and companies start visiting at that time. The no. of companies that visit are around 30+ and the highest package offered last time was around 25+ LPA. The average package is 7-8LPA. Some of the companies that visit are Accenture,TCS, Infosys, JP Morgan(students got placed from a Hackathon)

Likes

The campus view is awesome we all will see new things everytime and it feels fresh at the morning.
The personal development of particular students have been in focus of every faculty which is awesome.
The behaviour towards students of every professor is the best all are understanding and calm towards students.

Dislikes

There is a system of gate pass means whenever u need to go out of main gate with the permission we are not allowed to go.
In hostel the washrooms are not so clean for the students with common washroom hostel
The mess food are boring sometimes and the food of the food seems to be same everytime

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I have a great interest in coding and this field is based on coding so i choosed the computer field. -The curriculum of the college are based on the things which will help us in future for real world application. -The way they i based on pdf means they make a full note of a subject in pdf and explain that and which makes clear to us so I don't think they should change. -There is a enough time to study for exams it depends on us how me manage it and the difficulty level is medium it is based on what we have understood till now in studies we have studied.

Campus life is really good, there are food courts, playground, libraries avaliable.
The whole campus has wifi avaliable, they've got atm too.

Dislikes

there are quite a few restrictions like no roaming allowed after 9:30pm.
mess food is not so good, its managable but sometimes it feels miserable
for every small thing to be done, lots of paperwork is required whether you need to go outside the campus or needs a NOC

Placement Experience:

in my unversity, proper placements usually start from 7th sem, however after 4th sem, the collage provides the opputunity to go for impact traning if youve got more than 60% in your 10th, 12th and throughtout the semesters from that traning top permorning student get a chance to sit for product-based companies. as of now (jan 2026), the highest placement recorded is 60lpa at microsoft, the average is aroudn 3.5 lps to 6 lpa, most of the recruiting companies are service based such as capgemini, infosys, tcs etc. around 200-250 students gets palce after heavy filtering, i plan to go for higher studies,
