Course Curriculum Overview

3

The terms that influenced me was coming to this city and also the reviews about the college from friends and family and the opportunity to build a strong networking power and enhance my skills After the completion of the entire course yes the person change a lot complete, its not the same as it was in 1st semester when they enter the college, at last every becomes so ready that they can easily face the world and any obstacles along the way, nothing can fear them Areas of improvement are some more better management by the team and also sticking to their promises during the placement time and provide good opportunities and they have to really work on hectic schedule Timings were good, they provided enough time to write the exam according to the weightage and yes difficulty level were little high

Internships Opportunities

3.5

Yes there were summer internships provided by the college during our 2nd semester and the stipend for that was maximum 10000 to 15000 only Some MNC companies was also came for campus placements like KPIT After the completion of the internship we have to make SIP reports of our internship and viva was also taken on the basis of that

Placement Experience

1.5

The placement committee and the placement process of the college was not at all good during our batch. One of the reason was recession for which the students didn't got placed and other were that the committee was not good enough to bring good opportunities for us and they were biased as well, lots of politics and scams were going on internally and they really didn't served what they promised for, worst packages and worst placements were offered. - From semester 3 students are eligible to sit in the campus placements - more than 500+ company visited and more than 200+ offered were made - highest packages were 10 to 12 lakhs per annum - if we compare from the entire batch which had a strength of 1200 students only 30% of students got placed. - Job

Fees and Financial Aid

MBA program in MIT-WPU was a 2 year program, the fees for this course in that college was 4 lakhs per annum, so overall fees was 8 lakhs for the entire course and this was during our batch when I took the admission, in the next batch of our juniors the fees for increase upto 10 lakhs for the entire course of MBA. There were no registration or admission fees taken during that time, but yeah in every semester apart from the fees we also have to compulsory pay exam fees for each semester exam which was 3000 rs every semester. Yes there were good scholarship offered in the college to the bright students who had score above 80 in their previous academic background, full 100% scholarship was also offered to some students for 1 year Apart from college fees of 8 lakhs, there were fees of campus hostel as well which was 1,65,000 per annum Overall the college was good in terms of teaching, faculties, amenities, facilities, resources, lots of academic, cultural and international events

Campus Life

4

Overall I had a good experience in college, I enjoyed a lot, there are multiple forums and clubs were there for the events and everything, academic and cultural both were there I was a committee member of 2 forums, one was HR forum which was an academic forum and one was Indrandhanu club which was a cultural club for organizing events. There are amazing technologies in all the classroom and entire building like digital smart boards, central AC etc. The sports events are amazing in these college, they play at district level as level, all the type of sports are played with the best coach like basketball, football, cricket, vollyball, badminton, tenis, chess etc

Admission

There were no other colleges I ever applied for, the only reason I came to this college bcoz my family said so, my sister was already living here in the pune city and she also passed her MBA from this same college, so just my parents wanted me to go in the same city and same college to live with my sister and never allowed me to choose anything else in any other city, they were not ready to sent me anywhere. The admission process of my college was, it is compulsory that you have given any all over India entrance exam for example I have MAT and you must have scored above 50 percentile in that entrance exam, most of the students prefer CET exam as it the exam of Maharashtra state, then there is the admission form and you have to write and send SOP in the mail that was Statement of Purpose for the course you have choosen, then basis on that SOP the personal interview is taken by any of the faculty and it is virtual and at last selection

Faculty

4

The faculties are 100% good there is no doubt in that, I liked all them really, all the faculties were really smart intelligent in their background and all were PHD holder, highly professional. Yes there really friendly and approachable also to all the students in terms of personal and professional help. There are 4 semester in this course and The exam which were set was difficult, one must have to prepare really hard to pass for the exam and 50% of students fail each semester with lots of backlogs.

Interview Experience

4

There was no group discussion or any written test but yes the personal interview process was taken by the faculty. There was one thing which we were supposed to give in written that was SOP, State of purpose for the course choosen

Placement Experience:

The placements depend upon which Specialization you're in. If you're a marketing student there will be lots of good companies coming in for placements followed by finance and then HR. You become eligible for placement from 3rd semester. Companies such as Deloitte, PWC, TCS, HCL, etc. visit the campus for placements and offer a good amount of Packages.

We learned a lot from the curriculum and the college itself. My journey was a mixed bag of feelings with many sweet and sour moments. The classroom sessions were fun and so were the field visits and management activities like webinars or mock marketing competitions.

College is almost good .this for those who want only masters but no placement .if you also want to get placed in any company need only degree ur welcome. The management is worst the nonteaching staff doesn't know how to talk with students especially the admission office. I here declare whatever I have seen and suffered I presented my view about this college to you, not it's your choice to go to heaven like symbiosis or choose hell. I was misguided and helpless so I came here means I got fewer marks in a snap so please students appear for snap sincerely.
