- Dress code must be followed at all costs
- The classes can be made more interactive rather than self study or presentation
- Since there are people from many different backgrounds and cultures it might difficult for people to get along with each other.
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus is well prepared by the teachers and mostly it is always applicable for the further pursuits. Since proper notes and content is given on lms it is easy for the student and there is no problem or difficulty during exam as students are well prepared
Placement Experience
Placements are good. More offers are there for bcom and bba compared to ba. the package is also good it starts from around 2-6 LPA Companies like icici EY etc have visited and students have been placed. From 5 semester students become eligible for placements
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fees was 70000 and each sem we had to pay examination fee around 2100. People who comes under obc the examination fee was less and the registration fee was 500 rupees and there are a few scholarships available for the underprivileged who face financial difficulties and for people who perform well in academic fields
Campus Life
There are a lot of clubs in various departments. English department comes under the Erudite club which is very active and organise really good fests and national and international lectures series. Fests held are delphia, litcon Other departments also conducts fest like synchronise which was a physical science department fest
Admission
Kjc was the first college I applied to and i got in the very first time. The syllabus and the college description was interesting and the fee structure was all good. I did apply to other colleges but stuck to kjc as their response and reviews were good
Faculty
The faculties especially in English department are very nice and helpful teachers. They are friendly and also teach really well. Dr Minu and Dr Ben are a few teachers i personally liked as their teaching style was very interesting and easy for students to learn and understand
