Remarks

Centre of education. Lovely atmosphere amazing placement record. Easy to explore nature. 24/7 open campus. It's an extraordinary place to live here. I am proud to be a part of kiit family. International collaboration with more than 160 universities.

Course Curriculum Overview

There are a variety of courses available. Choose the one that is best for you. The syllabus is well balance and according to modern times. The exam is simple you will get 8 questions and you have to do 5 or 6 questions. Each question carries 10 marks. Just go through the syllabus and one can easily crack the exam with very good marks

Placement Experience

4.5

Job is 100 % for B. Tech MBA BBA LLB Mbbs. B.Arch. You will get paid an internship about of Rs 10000 on average per month. I am doing Mtech and I am not placed yet so can't say about placement for Mtech. Mnc and big starts up are the key recruiter of our college. 40 lac per annum is offered to one of the students from top Mnc. Average CTC for graduates is 6lacs per annum and for PG is 7 lacs per annum

College Events

Kiit fest Kiit nanhi pari little miss india Hecathon Kiit premier league Kiit dance club Kiit student activities centre do more than 1000 events every year Ted talk Kiit mun Kiit global meets Kiit cricket league Flash mobs Republic Day Ganesh chaturthi Durga puja Saraswati puja Mahasivratri Holi Rock band Music night Star nights National International conference Fashion shows Film shootings

Fee Structure And Facilities

Quite feasible because you are getting 100 % placement. But could be expensive for a middle-class family. For me it is expensive. 1.18 lac per Sem for PG is too expensive for us. But scholarships are given to sc/St students

Fees and Financial Aid

If you performed well across all branches you will get 1lac from the founder. Founder scholarships are available also top rankers of the kittee are awarded scholarships. All-rounder scholarship is available to those students who excels in every field of life

Campus Life

4.5

Thousands of extracurricular activities take place every month. Labs are well maintained and instruments are new and available to use by students. Kiit is the center of attraction for sports. It has a world-class bcci approved cricket stadium and well known Duty chand 2 silver medal from Olympic is from Kiit only

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Hostels are good and less expensive and food is average. Infrastructure is awesome. You will get essentials things for daily use like a mug, a bucket, a pair of bedsheets, a wardrobe, a brand new cushion, and a study table with a chair

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are very helpful. They know how to make comfort the new students and guide us to score better in exams. Alumni of kiit are very big. Usually, Kiit alumni meet happen every 9 months. Research students always rely on seniors for their guidance.

Faculty

They are superior. They know the depth of their subject and excel in practical knowledge. They know how to teach and clear doubts. Always give positive advice to excel in life. A very practical approach is used by most faculty members

Decent faculty and top tier placements, just follow the rules

Likes

I like the vibe of the canteen and greenery around my college

Dislikes

I don't like 75% attendance and the strictness of the faculty members

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

Likes

The college campus greenery and campus cleaning management are doing really very well that is the only good part but that doesn't matter much for your career.
⭐⭐There is nothing good to mention about this college after going through all the procedures from taking admission to degree,I regret and many of my friends also regretting taking admission into this college.⭐⭐

Dislikes

They have a good well maintained cricket ground but students are never allowed there only for commercial purposes and to attract new joinee.
Staff and management are very helpful and polite only till admission done.🥲.
Hostel food quality is extremely unhigenic, no one takes responsibility after many complaints also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was very classical , too much theory oriented for placement point of view they will provide last 1 month or 2 months training for aptitude part rest for technical you have to study on your own.

REVIEW OF KIIT FROM A SECOND YEAR STUDENT

Apart from KIIT I also applied for PES university, VIT. I got confirmed admission in CSE branch of these colleges but these colleges are far away from my home. So distance is one of the main factors for not choosing other colleges instead of KIIT. For taking admission in KIIT one has to appear in the KIITEE examination which is conducted in CBT mode. After the exam result will be declared within a month. Then one has to sit for counselling for choosing the branch of their choice. The cutoff score is different for all the three phases. For example in 2023, a student securing 15 percentile in KIITEE got CSE core branch but in the second phase the cutoff for CSE core raised to 75 percentile....Read More
