- In hostel there are 2-3 vending machines if you have a midnight craving you can simply eat by purchasing from vending machines.
- In canteen 2-3 shops remain open till 3A.M so you don't need to worry about your hunger.
- There are so many labs of different subjects so from that you can gain practical skills.
Dislikes
- Mess food is sometimes good and sometimes bad.
- The plates in mess are sometimes not so clean.
- There are some faculty that are very good in teaching but some faculty have no experience in teaching students are not able to understand properly.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was interested in coding so i have choosen this course. This university also provides practical knowledge to students. Some faculty member need to improve their behaviour towards students they are of very aggressive nature. This is my first year so till now I have not given any exam my mid sems are in December.
Internships Opportunities
Mostly Amazon web services, Infosys provide internships to students You will get a stipend of ?15,000 if you have skills. They provide both virtual and offline internships to students in a period of 4 years
Placement Experience
From 6th sem end students become eligible for placements. There are many companies visiting galgotias university some of the famous companies are accenture,amazon, Infosys,tcs,wipro, Microsoft etc. Offers made total-8500 No. Of companies visited-1500 Higest package-1.50 cpa Average package -5.40 Lpa 98% students are placed in 2023. I will sit in placement drive if any chance i have not got placement in campus i will try off campus And i am also considering to to mba also in future.
Fees and Financial Aid
For admission they have charged a one time fee of ?25,000. This is my first year in B-tech cse for 1st year I have paid 1,46,000 and this fees is divided into three parts 1. Academic fees-1,29,000 2. Examination fee-15,000 3. Caution fee-2,000 For making id card they charged ?1000 If you have lost your id card you will have to pay ?500 to reissue. My batchmates fees is also same. Here are scholarship details:- 100% scholarship to those who has attained 1st position in in any central, state boards and in any university/college 25% to those who have scored above 95% in class 12th excluding there B.pharma and bsc nursing programs and also to those who have scored above 90% in their graduation. *This scholarship is subjected to program eligibility criteria on their website.
Campus Life
There is a famous college fest called as unifest which is the biggest fest in college typically held in February, freshers party in November or December. The Library offers almost all the books need for academics and entertainment. In classroom they provide facilities like smartboard some sockets for charging your devices and table chair. They offer all sports in campus in which you can participate. There are many clubs which come under two categories 1. Students council 2. Tech council Some famous club names are cybercell,technojam dance club.
Hostel Facilities
There are different types of rooms available ac rooms and non ac rooms In ac rooms two occupancies are mandatory and in single occupancy you will be provided non ac. There are two small almirah for both students in double occupancy which is not enough to store thing,There are two table and two chairs 2-2 sockets for both tables one balcony for double occupancy. Mess food quality is sometimes good and sometimes bad the menu changes after every 15 days period. Hostel is full very early so you have to take hostel like in early june or may You can register for hostel in college application form and you have to pay hostel fees online or offline on day of hostel allotment you have to fill hostel allotment form.
Admission
I have applied in Amity University Noida and have given cuet exam for DU. I have got confirm admission from amity University No i haven't got any rejection from any other college. The admission process of my college is first you have to fill college admission form for which you have to pay ?1500 after they accept your admission you have a offer letter on your mail then you have to pay a fee of ?25000 online/offline as your wish after that before 2-3 day of starting your classes you have to come here for course registration and biometric registration,hostel reporting(if you have taken)
Faculty
You can meet the faculty member in college time if you have any issues but after college time they only reply to cr in whatsapp.So if you want to convey any info you have to convey through cr My favourites are PPSC subject Name-Priyanka Shukla, Engineering designprototyping subject Name-Kuldeep Narwat and BEEE subject Name-Mohit Yadav There are a total of 8 semesters and there are two exams in each semester mid sem and end sem exams. The level of exams are medium.
