1.College Infrastructure is good. 2.Faculty are bad in Teaching. 3.Curriculum is updated but teachers are not upto that level. 4. There is no Ragging in our college, I had feared al lot about it. 5. Syllabus completetion is very bad. Overall Rating : 6/10
Course Curriculum Overview
As our college is Autonomous, they have flexibility towards the curriculum .They can change the syllabus according to current trend. Finally it is good but there are some old subjects which are not existing nowadays effectively.
Placement Experience
Our college do not provide any internship. Some companies are attending our college for placements. All of them are giving maximum 22000 per month. If any company giving higher package than this then won't select more than one or two.
College Events
In our college , we have PENTA FEST. It is a combination of 5 Events. 1.sports 2. Technical 3.Academic 4.Entertainment 5.club Event They have this fest only .That too it is for only winners. There are some minor fests but that are not as enough effective for discussion.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee is 93000 per year for tuition fee. For Other state students they give scholarship based on their 12th marks. If other state student have 95-100% then 50% concession 90-95% then 40% concession 85-90 then 30% concession 80-85 then 20% concession
Fees and Financial Aid
I got scholarship from my college through the consultancy . As I have 96% in my 12th standard ,I got 50% concession in my tution fee. Actually it is 82000 when I joined but now it's increased becauyour college got NBA Accredition. I will pay half of my college fee i.e.,41000
Campus Life
There is no encouragement in Extra curricular activities in which we are interested. They force us to do what they are saying. Coming to our labs they are ok but don't have updated system and faculty will not explain the lab programs effectively.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, I am in hostel from my joining in this college. 1st year will be very beautiful to attract students. But from second year onwards , those hostels will be nasty ,dirty. But Water facility is very nice . Food is some what ok. Overall Rating is 7/10
Alumni/Alumna
Not at all. We don't have connection with alumni . But we know our senior student. Thay are good at telling what we want to know . They are very interactive like brothers and sisters. But they are very nice to us.
Faculty
Faculties are very bad in Teaching in English.95% use Tamil as their medium language .As a other state student ,it is difficult for me to understand but I am learning from it. They don't have enough technical stuff. That can't help us in doing project .They simple come and teach some concepts on board . Moreover that they can't finish syllabus in time . Every semester they will not tell 50% of the syllabus. Overall rating for Faculty is 4/10.
