Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum is quite comprehensive, covering essential theoritical and practical knowledge. I was particularly drawn by the importance and focus on core subjects and hands-on labs. exams will be held regularly, at the end of the term, in order to keep the learning on track.

Internships Opportunities

4

Internship oppurunities in chennai institute of technology is decent enough. If you request internship, they might even try to get you an internship in end of 2nd semester. You have to complete a necessary task required according to you skills needed, so that you can develop your skills in that internship program

Placement Experience

5

In chennai institute of technology, espially for Computer science engineering, Placements are top notch. Since the chennai institute of technology have many industrial connections, They will offer jobs for those with requisite skills, and ample knowledge. in 3rd year, they will train you in placement training, so that you would be knowledged and skilled when attending an interview.

Fees and Financial Aid

In Chennai Institute of Technology, the yearly fees is 2,60,000 Rs per year, including bus fees, lab fees, developement fees and others, for day scholars. For hostellers, bus fees is not included. Instead, Hostel fees and mess fees are included. In 3rd year, there will be a placement training programme. It will significantly cost based on the course you are choosing. For my batchmates, who has admitted under Government Quota, has comparatively spent lesser fee than those on Management Quota.

Campus Life

5

Campus life in Chennai institute of technology is vibrant, especially for first years They yearly culturals is called "Takshashila". Its a 5 day event, with an enjoyable month. The library in chennai institute of technology holds a variety of books, containing lots of study materials, and story books.

Admission

Looking at the list of colleges that i was able to afford and eligble in my academic performances, There are few colleges that have been shortlisted. On reviewing each and every colleges, CIT had the most positive reviews, especially in terms of placement and internships.

Faculty

5

In one class, there will be 2 class advisors. Both of them will clarify whatever doubts that you have, with no hesitation. SO, they are easily approacheable. In first semester, there is 3 Internal assessment examination, UPCs, abd model exams. One semester will be divided into 5 units. IA1 syllabus will be unit 1 IA2 syllabus will be unit 2 and 3 IA3 syllabus will be all the 5 units.

4

The gym in chennai institute of technology, even though its small, it is enough to workout. there are 4 to 5 canteens, which will have cafeterias, so that you can drink coffee or tea at night time, without the fear of sleep before the day of exam.

The curriculum is relevant and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It prepares students for real-world applications, but more industry projects, practical sessions, and updated teaching methods would help. Exams are generally well-spaced and moderately difficult.
