Remarks
It is exactly the right place those who just want to study. Else, if you wish to just get the degree choose something else and do not take the seat of a deserving student. Extra-curricular here are a weakness though
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is designed by the AKTU University, Lucknow as the technical college's in UP are governed by AKTU. The curriculum is good covering almost all the aspects of technical education and involves all relevant subjects along with practical subjects. Talking about exam, there are 2 semesters in a year and in each semester you will have 5-6 theory subject and 3-4 practical subjects . The exam is of 70:30 ratio with 70 being the external paper.
Placement Experience
The placements are quite good. They have an excellent placement record and they bring a lot of reputed companies, mostly coming from Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon. The Service and IT sector companies are the most frequent such as TCS, Capgemini, HCL, Accenture. Although, from last 2-3 years many core companies such as Ashok Leyland, Tech Mahindra and Bosch too have came to campus.
College Events
Technokriti is the annual cultural-technical fest of college held in October. It goes for 2-3 days. Along with that various fests such as Enigma from Electrical department, Code Auctor from CSE, Parikalp from Mechanical are being organised time to time.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It's quite more compared to other nearby colleges. But, then since it is NBA accredited and provides good placements it seems okay. It isn't as expensive as VIt, SRM or Amity but yes it is a little high.
Fees and Financial Aid
Their is a scholarship offered by the UP Govt. To the UP residents. It is near about 50-60k. Also, during UPSEE counseling one can avail fee waiver scheme. The college also has a Bright Student Policy where it supports and provides encouragement to students.
Campus Life
The labs are quite good equipped with all latest advancements and components required. They are well maintained and kept organised. The sports consists of ground such as basketball ground, football and Futsal ground. For extra-curricular activities there are events being organised time to time.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, senior students are a little helpful. Although, alumni network here is a little weak since it is relatively a new college and only 10 years have been passed since them. The college is working hard to strengthen the workload
Faculty
The faculty is quite good and experienced and they are helpful in nature. They are ready to guide and motivate you and have good knowledge of the subject. Although, some faculty just prefer teaching upto AKTU level as it saves their time, rest is fine.
