Likes

I like the teaching method of a few of professors

Dislikes

The canteen food is not good the canteen was shut down almost more than 1.5 year During our 3 year undergraduate degree
The College has no campus, no infrastructure
The College is very strict than other colleges, after getting autonomous the college has got more strict than before

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is good and has very much to learn about business, management, HR , finance, marketing, etc. I don't think that they need any suggestions to improve teaching methods. the difficulty level of exam is very tuff and competitive than other colleges

Class Size: 150Course Fees: INR 18000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are offered only for reserved category students like the castes like scheduled caste, Scheduled tribes and for OBC there is non cremenaey certificate is compulsory. No financial aid is provided for students

Campus Life

No experience for campus life because, the college has no campus. Only the entry gate, gym khana that is closed half of the year and one canteen that was also closed almost for 1.5 years During our undergraduate degree.

Admission

I have choosen this college for good faculty and for placements. Unfortunately we didn't get any placement, the faculty have provided placement forms for interviews that costs 300/- but that was the waste for students

Faculty

The faculty members are good their teaching method of also good and motivating. but one of two professors does partiality between students. I like the teaching method of kanchana mam, soumya mam, abhilasha mam and shrushti mam their way of teaching and motivating is so supportive.

Night Life

Only the cultural fest volunteers have enjoyed the nightlife during cultural fests that too in classrooms and in auditorium. No nightlife for students in this college and only During cricket matched the students can stay only upto 10pm in the college

Vibrant tech, cultural and sports committees
active and friendly peer system and faculty

charged and limited parking space for vehicles

SICSR curriculum uniquely blends tech and business management driving my choice it appears students will repair students well for it roles via practical labs improvements include adding more emerging tech electives frequent continuous evaluation keep exams manageable yet rigorous

The faculty members are highly qualified, approachable, and always willing to help with academic or research projects.
The campus infrastructure is excellent, featuring modern labs, a well-stocked library, and great sports facilities.
Placement opportunities are robust, with many top-tier companies visiting the campus for recruitment every year.

Dislikes

The hostel mess food lacks variety and quality, which is a frequent concern among resident students.
The placement department needs improvement as more core internship and job opportunities could be provided for undergraduate finance and BMS students
There is a lack of student-accessible Wi-Fi facilities across the campus premises, which makes online research difficult during college hours.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) course primarily due to its highly comprehensive coverage of core business aspects specially human resources. The curriculum is well-structured to offer a deep understanding of corporate administration and strategic management, which strongly influenced my decision to enroll. Regarding the examination structure, semester exams are conducted systematically every six months, with internal assessments, assignments, and class presentations spread across the term. The timing is generally manageable, and the difficulty level ranges from moderate to high, effectively testing a student's analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities rather than just memory recall.

Best College with Loving Memories

Admission:

The admission process is easy in my college. Students do not have to appear for any Entrance examination. For Taking admission in B.M.S course, students should get minimum45% marks and reserved category students should get 40% marks in Xll Standard.

Life at Mulund College Of Commerce

I chose to perceive my B.com degree at Mulund College of Commerce because of its strong reputation, disciplined environment and modern autonomous curriculum. Before taking admission here I was in k j somaiya for 11th and 12th but chose MCC as my degree college because it was closer to my home, had a better academic atmosphere and offered a more skill oriented syllabus after becoming autonomous. Compared to other colleges MCC stands out for its updated course structure experienced faculty and focus on practical learning. The admission process at mcc straight forward and completely online after registering on the University of Mumbai portal, students have to fill out the college administration form on the MCC website and upload necessary documents. Admission is based purely on merit of class 12th percentage - no entrance exam is required for B.com. The cutoff for open category is usually around 80- 85%, though it varies slightly every year. Mulund college of Commerce review .

I chose this college because this college is a brand in mumbai . When I say I am from mcc people take me seriously lol .i didnt applied to other colleges because I knew I would make in here . Cutoff for bsc in computer science for the year 2024 was 61 % (third list) . And criteria is 12 % pass with compulsory maths subject. The addmission process is the easiest.
