About my college life

As I have already mentioned that everything in my college is just great. Faculty are good, hostels are need and clean, mess food are good and most importantly the environment is just amazing, weather is also good. Coming to negative remarks- I don't anything that is bad about our college but in the month of April, May and June. Weather will be so hot.

I had chosen Electronic & Electrical Engineering branch for my B.Tech course. Talking about the exam structure, There were 8 semesters of exam in 4 years. Each semester subjects consists of total 60 marks and In each semester there were one mid semester exam which consists of 25 marks and 15 marks for the internal.

Placementa at KIIT UNIVERSITY is just awesome. Many multinational companies visit out college for the placement drive and they used to hire in good numbers. Highest package was offered by Adobe and it was 39 LPA.

My college used to celebrate many events. Freshers party and KIIT FEST is the biggest event that is celebrated every year in my college. Freshers party is for the new students, called as freshers, our college throws a big party for there freshers where Our seniors students also participate and manage the events.

It is quite expensive. Actually I have graduated from my college in April,2018 and joined in the year of 2014. In between these duration I was paying approximately 3 lakhs per year for all acedemic, food and the hostel. But the college is worth it.

As I have earlier mentioned that Our college conduct their own entrance exam, In this exam if any student secured good rank (maybe in AIR-100) will be offered scholarships (I am not confirmed about the ranks but the college surely gives scholarship to the deserving students) While counselling, you will see many bank staffs offering you loans. So you can get loans also if you are interested.

Our college offers you a great extracurricular activities line singing, dancing, playing different types of games like cricket, football, basketball and many more games. Our college offers you gym facilities, swimming facilities also for the fitness of the students. Each department have sufficient number of labs for all the students like computer labs and electronic labs.

It was one of my best experience when I was staying in the hostel. Everything is just great. Rooms are big, washrooms are always clean. We have a canteen just outside our hostel which is open 24/7. The food offered by our hostel mess is very tasty and mostly they offer North India food.

Our college offers you a tension free ragging campus. Our college takes it very serious about the ragging. Seniors at our college are very helpful and they always encouraged us for everything. Senior students always motivates us during the hard time like in the semester exams, and help us achieve good marks in the semester exams.

Faculty of my college were very professional and well educated, and especially they were very sincere and helpful. They were very punctual and most of the teachers were young so that they used to understand our concerns very well.
