Likes

Firstly, the academics area is amazing as it is given the most priority from every other activities
Faculty of the college are very friendly to every student
And the infrastructure is also awesome..

Dislikes

The playground is not much big for playing football,etc.
Functions and fest are not much organised
No gym in this college for exercise and other workouts

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen B.tech in Computer Science and Engineering branch as I want to and there is an week to week time table for the labs and other classes . There are two mid terms taken in every semester for the preparation of semester exams .

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Placement Experience

After the completion of seventh semester, the students are eligible for the placements according to their cgpa of previous semesters. The AVG package is about 4 - 5 LPA About 60 to 70 % students get placed

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fees is 80000/- which is paid by semester wise in four parts and the enrollment fees is 2000/- and including other charges the exam fees is 2200/- as per RTU, Kota for every semester exams.

Campus Life

Every year there is an annual function organised where everyone is allowed to participate and enjoy. There are sports competition of different games as the physical development of the students and enhance their skills

Admission

I have applied to Jagannath University and also the Nims university but as they their fees structure for annual tution fees and hostel fees I couldn't go and I chosen this college with suitable tution fees .

Faculty

The faculties are very friendly to each and every student, as anyone can reach to them for any type of query or doubt either about the academics or any other field . As the faculties have an unique bond to the students in the college and also outside

Interview Experience

Yes there is personal interview as an admission criteria, as they ask about your previous academic scores , sports skills , about your knowledge to the course and branch in which you want to take admission

Night Life

The hostel life is very good for an new comer as well as the rest one , as their is a playground just right behind the hostel for sports and the mess food is good and the facilities are good as per th fees structure

Likes

the class timings are really flexible that is maximum 5 hours in a day
there are a lot of fun events in college every other day
the male to female ratio is approx 1:1 and both genders jam well with each other

Dislikes

the money factor i would say is one thing which doesnt add up if placements are considered
the freedom provided here might not be the best for everyone u need to have self control over yourself
people here can get too entitled and the pda inside might bother you but you will find your people

Course Curriculum Overview:

the cirriculum is designed in a way such that most of the outdated and uselss things are removed this year and the labs of each subjects help you well enough to dive deeper into the application of the subject . some areas for improvement can be removing unnecessary subjects like manufacturing process for cse students . main exams are held every 3 months and the difficulty is moderate

Practical Tech Education with a Tight-Kint Community Feel

Likes

I like my hostel, accommodation is very nice
mess food is very tasty , scrumptious and homelike
the college is surrounded by greenery and breath taking nature!

Dislikes

The scorching desert heatwaves in the summer and chilling winter smog make walking across the vast, vehicle-free campus exhausting for a big chunk of the academic year.
Mandatory interdisciplinary projects and strict attendance policies leave little breathing room for students wanting to focus strictly on self-driven coding, competitive exams or independent side projects.
The campus is situated far off the highway in the industrial backdrop of Neemrana, there is virtually no social or city life right outside the gates.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is industr-aligned with strong project-based learing and a mandatory final-year internship. Exams feature well-placed mid and end terms, though early theory subjects need more practical coding.

MY IMPRESSIONS ON THE UNIVERSITY OF FUTURE

Likes

The thing I liked the most is the nature around/in the campus.
The various options for sports and other outdoor activities.
The EAT system, which is better and healthier option for ACs.

Dislikes

A few meals on the mess menu are not that good.
Lack of normal-temperature water options.

Placement Experience:

NIIT UNIVERSITY placements rates are 100% and more important is that role fitment rate is also 100%. NIIT UNIVERSITY placements starts from 7th semister with Industry practice(IP). Many big companies come for the placements.

UNI OF FUTURE

Likes

Exposure via many known guests and personalities and experts of various fees that interact and share their opinion regarding many things with students.
Many clubs like shooting ,football,chess that are taken seriously here along with facilities for each of these sports
Opportunity to become volunteer for various fests organizing groups.

Dislikes

Water here is harsh in hostel, which causes a bit of hair fall.
Except for rooms and academic blocks heat during afternoon times is great if there are no clouds sometimes. Rest of times due to many trees its cool.
Strict gatepass system which ensures security of students but at same time troublesome for those who just wanna roam .

Placement Experience:

There are many exceptions here regarding placements and employbility. For interships students mainly start from their 3rd year but i know one student which is my senior that got an intership in their second year only since they had specific skills and colledge helped developing thier leadership quality and getting them the job

The campus placements is very good and the head of placement department Dr Abhishek meel sir provide training to students about interview and how to make cv and resume for good industrial approach. The average package is 5 lpa to 8 lpa from tge campus placements program

Journey in Few Words

Likes

The place is not only promoting studies they are also promoting the Talent by organising various events where they learn and develop other skills.
The Girls to Boy ration is good - 40:60.
The campus is also fine not very premium not very bad. If you're a good place in budget constraints you can opt for this.

Dislikes

They are little focused more towards money. for example when there is attendance less than 75% still if Student pay the fees they allow him to sit in exam.
Teachers can be more better. My experience with the staff is not very amazing. A lot of time i corrected some the teachers for certain topics

Placement Experience:

- Here the placements starts in the beginning of the 4 year. Campus placements are offered and it's not bad. Even we'll get some internship opportunities in 4 year before college ends - In my year the highest package is 14LPA in Mahindra

Compus of my college is good and also structure

Girl over boy ratio is very less which also put impact on interaction with another gender
Teaching techniques of over faculty in my college the just scroll the pdf and tell about topics
Result delay is very common problem in my college

Placement Experience:

Form 5 th semester students become eligible for compus placement. Tcs , wipro ,infosys, jk cement, wonder cement these companies visited and they provide average package 4 to 5 lack per year. Through past record highest package is around 33 lack and average package 4 to 5 lack per year Minimum percentage for Good company is 7 cgpa . My plan after getting The degree is i go for masters in technology

College infrastructure is very good as compared to other colleges

Overall the campus is good but is very small in size
Less events as compared to other colleges
Focuses on marks rather then practical knowledge

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is well structured and designed for students to learn the subject in detail and to know about topics in detail and make sure to understand things clearly before implementing them in real life. There are certain areas for improvement but they will keep get better. Timetable should be made such that students get break in between the classes so that they can be less exhausted throughout the day

A complete average College

Likes

Friendly Teachers - treat you warmly and respectfully.
No severe Attendance Criteria or Extra marks deduction.
Many Seminars included throughout the course.

Dislikes

Architectural issues, building without repairs and many damages, no parks or playground for sports and activities.
Damaged computers and conjusted computer labs.
Need to revise the syllabus for CSE/IT as it is not keeping up with current tech.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

An overview of MNIT

Likes

Being a Government national college, the diversity is very vast and it helps us understand about the different communities and cultures.
The college provides very educated professors who help you achieve your passion and enhance your vision. They provide information regarding the books you could refer which usually doesn’t happen in other colleges or universities.
The college assigns a group of 10 students to a particular mentor who guides you not only through technical vision but also in the mental health of the student.

Dislikes

Being a south indian, I wasn’t fluent in hindi. This made a hinderence to my study life. But the professors started explaining each class in english later on after my request
The less number of placements could be an issue
The end time for girls is 10pm which is according to me a decent timing. But I think they should atleast let the parcels come past the college main gate after 10. Because the boys can collect it from there but the girls cannot.

Placement Experience:

There are campus placements provided by the college. Students shall be adopting for placements in their final years. The visited companies are Apple, JP Morgan, Meesho, DE Shaw, Salesforce, Adobe, Airtel, Amazon, Bajaj motors and so on. Highest salary id 64LPA, average is 18.39LPA for the CSE branch. The overall percentage of students getting placed is 82% for both BTech and BArch with an average package of 13.2LPA. I shall be trying to get placed.

Best College according to it's very affordable Fees

Well i got 89 percentile in Jee and i was getting JECRC and Poornima College through Counciling but i selected Regional College due to its Low fees . I didn't ha e 200000 at that time to pay in Poornima and JECRC College so i selected Regional College where fee is just 75000 per annum. I got rejected from NITs due to my low Percentile in JEE.And I applied in Poornima College and JECRC they didn't rejected me for admission but I didn't went there due to high Fees of College. Here is Detailed Admission process of my College. You have to Pass 10th and 12th From PCM from respective board .
