Likes

Teachers are very supportive and responsive you can ask your doubt anytime
It has good infrastructure and a ground good for sports and well maintained library and also a canteen
And also it's most important thing that it has NCC available in this college

Dislikes

The college is little bit small as compared to other colleges
It has only access to limited sports like volleyball hockey football
Little bit slow in administrative works that takes about 1 to 2 days

Course Curriculum Overview

My reason for choosing b.com in this college is that it is very cheap and by choosing b.com you can do both CA and banking sectors so I choose this college for b.com and this can be more enhance by regular visit to the industries

Internships Opportunities

Internship are provide on paid basis that cost 2000 to 6000 by paying the amount you can do internship both online or offline mode and college also takes students for visit in like Coca-Cola SEBI maza ecetra and it has a society name as in Enactus which is a famous society that runs many projects

Placement Experience

Students of 6 semester become eligible for campus placement the average placement of this college is 4 lakh to 8 lakh companies like HCL Wipro also visit this college for placement and you get placement according to your skills previous year maximum package was 8.6 lakh and my plans after degree is doing banking and for preparing for CDS exam

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee for the college is rs12,000 per year that is constant and college also provides scholarships for EWS and for sports person which is easy to apply so it is financially supportable as it's fees is low because it is a government college so you can go for this go for it

Campus Life

Best happens on the regular basis in the campus and has doesn't of society in the college for example societies for dancing singing games sports commerce mathematics chemistry's all are available in this college which does manifest and seminar and it has also to computer lab with all the computers workings and one study room and a library that has to the books and also has politics parties like ABVP and nsui and other party source

Admission

The college which I applied for were private college which has very high fees about 5 to 6 lakhs but this call is provides the same course at 12000 only you can apply in this college by appaaring in the CUET exam and by registering on du official website and cutoff for this college is 300 to 400 marks

Faculty

Teachers are very good and knowledgeable and will help you anytime you want and you can ask your doubt whenever you want and it has many society's for each subject Exam is held in this college semester wise after 6 months and regular monthly test are taken on regular basis and assignments are also provided from month to month

Night Life

It has a canteen and a well maintain library with access of all the books of your courses and a porch area and are open MP theatre and auditorium and a seminar hall and it does not has hostel but there are many PGS near the college and the famous place of the college is Haseena chowk which is located in the centre of the college

Because this is way more cheaper than the CU and DU has Good value than the other colleges and du is also a government college so that's why I choose this college

Likes

The faculty members are supportive, knowledeable. Teacher explain concepts clearly and encourage student to participate in discussion
I like friendly and comfortable campus environment. student from different background intreact with each other
The college provides a good acedemics foundation and opptunities for overall development. being Part of delhi university also give student exposure to different events

Dislikes

some classroom and campus facilitues need improvement
placement oppotunites can be improved, esecially for student looking for better corporate exposure.
the evening college schedule can something be inconveibient because many acitvity and oppotunities are generally more accessible during regular college hours

I would rate the course curriculum around 4 out of 5. The curriculum is well structured and covers important subject related to commerce, accounting, finance, economics and business. I chose this course because is provides a strong foundationfor higher studies, competetives exam and careers in the cmmerce field

Life at South Campus

Likes

The crowd at venky is great, diverse crowd.
The campus is well maintained and is one of the bests at DU.
Opportunities provided to students are great

Dislikes

The attendance policy is a little strict for 1st and 2nd year

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course provides a comprehensive image of finance and management, though after NEP, the curriculum seems a little irrelevent. The exams are conducted twice in a year, 2 sems per year, they conduct mid sem exams as well.

Shyam Lal College( Morning) Review

Likes

College is improving day by day teaching faculty is also helpful it recently got A++ NAAC credition as well
Overall college is good if you have good peer group.
Near to north campus so doesn't really feel much of headache if you want to visit regularly.

Dislikes

Shadara is not a good place to spend your college life.
Evening college crowd has made the reputation of the college bad.
Near by area is not safe for Girls in late hours.

Placement Experience:

6th sem is the first time college placement are proceeded . Companies are not impressive and mostly are entry level jobs such as cold calling and such which they offer. Highest package was 4 lpa and avg was 2.5 only. Around 60 percent students gets placed.

Likes

The online learning platform is easy ans simple to use students can acces lecture and assigments and study materials anytime
Faculty mambers provide clear guidance through online sessions and study materials they are supportive
They procides recording that was very usefull when we will not attend the live class

Dislikes

Since the classes are in online and also there are some techical issues while taking classes that will interupt classes
placement support is limited in online classes so students need to search for internships and job oppertunities on their own
Its deffecult to connect student coordinators while we wnat exam timetable etc they are too slow

I choose BCOM because the want to take ACCA after BCOM it will helps to improve my career and give a better job and also BCOM is the basices of ACCA like law, financial managment, taxation etc .The curriculam provide strong fountation for students who wamts to pursue higher studies such as M.COM , MBA and professuonal couses. BCOM helps to understanding real world bussiness practices , accounting sytem etc . on;ine study material recordimg leture and assigments also make flexible for students to study their own pace. exams are usually conducted semister wise the difficulty level 0of exam are moderate if students were attend the class regulary and prepare well

Likes

Faculties are best. They teaches you and create never ending bond with you.
Infrastructure is good but the area is small , the greenery is amazing and flowers are sooo sweetest.

Dislikes

No hygiene in canteen. Avoid eating from canteen.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is highly relevant notably the focus on real world applications and Advanced Financial reporting. It prepared me well for professional life. Improvement is needed in digital tool exposure.

i dont like any thing in this college

there is a green gaurden in my colleges old campus
we have a big ground in our college which i like i can play football there
they make an football ground in old campus which is good

Dislikes

techers are not good in teacing they just want to let it go the classes
my college was too small and the classes are not properly furnished for my class size
there is no place for sit in the shade or to make our mind diverted or have fun and the canteen is worst of old campus

i am from commerce background i want to do eco honers but in 12th i dont have mathematics so i cant then i decideid for b. com honers but i aloted the b.com program which is my 3rd priority umm i leanrd new things in my ncc and with my friends there are very less college activities to i dont know how to make my college life good and make some experiences they can make us travel with them to the real buiseness or any factory or a relay paper work from any company i want to do a camp in jab which is good for my ncc life but it is during my exams thats why i cant did that camp yet

i liked their faculty member and staff , they are played with students and taught as a friend
i liked canteen service and their foods it is hygienic but canteen infrastructure is not good
i liked their ground its have bollyball court basketball court badminton court and cricket ground also and they provide gym in college

Dislikes

i didn't like their campus because its not too much big
and college provide which lift service is not working properly
their bathroom is not too good and not too much hygienic

i choose bcom hons and all teacher are provide their 100% on their courses but neet to improve in practical exam because some computer not working and teacher teach students in one computer but there is no difficult paper according to time some time it's lengthy.
