Remarks

Overall my college is good those student that not qualify the IIT and NIT exam. The college provides many opportunities during the college time and after the college they are sent information about company details

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The exam structure is very good and the course are similar to the NIT and IIT. And the timing of the classes is very good that means you are doing anything simulation with college time

Placement Experience

The average placement in over college about 3 lakh PA. The ITs company visit in our college and given best opportunity for studrnt. But in civil and mechanical branch related very small company are coming in our college

College Events

2.5

For 1st year student, college held night party with dance performance and doing some competition between 1st year students. Sports event , farewell and some teachers and students event by the society of our college

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure are not expensive. The college also provide schoolership for poor students and the university also help in their study . Fee of all branches between 100000 to 150000 per year.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, the university also give schoolership about the student family wealth. College also provide many other schoolership through tha exam ,the topper student are taken those schooler ship

Campus Life

Every year held sports event in our college and also other colleges.the labs are very good for research and practical purpose . College doing some events for motivate the students and reduces the stress of student .

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network of our college is good. The senior student are helpful for our career and choosing the future goals. But the alumni network are not so good becoz all senior and passed out student are busy in our life they have no enough time for sharing there experience

Admission

I got admission in this college through the interview process and given exam held by college before interview . If you are qualified the exam then you are eligible for admission after short interview

Faculty

The faculty of our college is very helpful and always standing with student problems. The HoD of every branch are very good that motivated student in a month with guest lecture .Doing project with faculty and they help to solve any problems in project

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

The food may sometimes be not very good.
The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

More Information About AKGEC College

I got thus college through counselling and the top AKTU Affiliated colleges I opted to were JSS, AKGEC, ABES, from which I got ECE branch in AKGEC which I locked in the first round of counselling itself as I was satisfied with the college. The students could come through counselling or Cbse 12th percentage i.e management, counselling is done on JEE scores and 12th percentage should be more than 75-80% in PCM for unreserved prolly...Read More

Inside AKGEC Life

1) I had applied for colleges like jss noida,gl bajaj , kiet , akgec through UPTAC counselling for those who gave JEE Exam. i preferred this college because after reading reviews about it ,consulting senior students. 2) I could get this college based on my rank . I could not make it to other colleges because of their high cutoff for the CSE branch. 3) admission process includes direct admission where students are admiitted based on 10th,12th score and branches are alloted based on their score, 2nd is through the uptac counselling for students who want to get admission through JEE Score. overall admission experience was good....Read More

so bascially i didn't choose this college . i did mistake in my uptac counselling and get this college but when i studied here and seen all the aktu colleges i prefer this is good because it ranked 3 in up colleges .the college is ranked 3 in whole up and its naac A++ so yes its a great college so to get admission in akgec there are two ways by 10+2 percentage marks or by uptac counselling you have to fill your choices in uptac counselling so fill it very carefully without any mistake so the overall to get any cs/it branch your jee percentile should be above 88 and below that you can get any other core branches....Read More
