Remarks
College has many plus point for overall development of person as a good candidate helping them to survive in this huge corporate world at a much higher stand than others.Negative as such is that does not have hostel facilities for students.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am currently pursuing engineering in computer science. The course gives lot of opportunities in future of an only if you study hard and keep your grades high this course is affiliated to Mumbai University which has a much higher value in other countries than other indian universities if you want to pursue higher education. There are eight semesters in time span of 4 years. Each semester is of 6 months in which you are your taught 4 months practical and final exams are conducted in remaing 2 months. Each semester their are 6 subject we have to study. You have study gap between each paper of about 5 days.
Placement Experience
Jobs are available if you have nice grades in all eight semesters .Their is seperate placement and training cell from third year for students which help students stand at a height in the corporate world.this helps them to improve their soft skills and help them to prepare for interview.
College Events
Sports week, rythem the annual function which is about 5 days. Ganpati festival is celebrated with high spirits. Many techincal events like techthon, are done. Many commities like iee, scale, techcryptors , csi are their which conducts workshops for students in which higher class students conduct workshop for lower class students
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee stucture is appropriate and less than other colleges with same course and same about facilities. The fees is required to maintain the infrastructure as lower caste students have very less fees than other students
Fees and Financial Aid
Many banks provide educational loan to students at cheaper rates. Government scholarships can be availed if you oblige the required criteria. Which is directly deposited in bank account and has very simple procedure
Campus Life
Our college is the only one with robotics lab in mumbai we have our own robot which kept at the entrance of college. Imac lab that is apple computer lab is also their in our college for students. Huge library with all types of reference book also with 20 computer for extra study from internet is their. Whole campus has well wifi connectivity
Hostel Facilities
There is no hostel provided students take flats on rent and approx 4 students live in one flat and share the rent. Many house hold provide home made tiffens at nominal rate. Here students have to manage on their own and college has no responsibility. In mumbai it is rare to find a hostel with a hostel due to high property rates
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors are quite helpfull to juniors they conduct workshops for junior students.they also guide about the subjects. Teach juniors about life and work ethics conduct seminars about spoken and communication skills
Admission
After my 12th i had given MHCET exam and after that we have to give preferred list of colleges and according to your merit you will get college .The same procedure is done for three rounds and then you are allocated a college from preferred list. You can also get admission through jee mains. 80% seats are reserved for mh cet and other for jee mains and management quota. If you wish to take from management quota for my course you need to pay donation of atleast 3 lakhs which may vary per student and year
Faculty
Faculties are highly qualified with almost all with phd or some may be pursueing phd. They teach well in time and with utmost passion. They have high amount of knowledge in their subject and can communicate well in English and other languages.
